Furfrou was introduced in XY so yes it was born in Kalos, the IVs are HP/ATK/DEF/SPATK/SPDEF/SPEED so the missing stat is in special attack.

Im offering A Hasty Shiny Genesect for Shiny protean Froakie or Greninga modest or Timid 31ivs in SpA and.Speed inbox me if.interested
 
Long ago I created and cloned a rather unique ditto it has IVs of 30/30/30/30/30/30 and has been very useful in setting up hidden powers. I have now transferred that ditto, which has infact HP Fighting.

Additionally, I have Smeargles with Happy Hour.

As for what I would like in return, how about Keledo?
