Well, sylveons HA is pixilate, which not only turns normal moves into fairy moves, but also gives them a 30% boost. Also, it goes through subs :D
Hypet voice+ heal bell+ wish and HA makes Sylveon completely outclass Florges.

axtually healbelle/wish/hypervoice/hp ground is probably the way to go
I'd say if you can't get hp ground, then it's better off flawless :D

For a Sylveon, I think flawless is best (although I could be mistaken).
I, too, would love to have the Eevee/Sylveon in question as well.
I'm very interested as long as it has it's HA and hyper voice. If it does, then I'm very interested :D

Bold/modest/calm, 252 hp, 252 spatk, 4 spdef/252 hp, 252 def, 4 spatk/252hp, 252 spdef, 4spatk
Moves:
Hyper Voice
Heal bell
Wish
Protect/Baton pass/Shadow ball/calm mind
So either a mixed defensive, sp defensive or a special tank with SB coverage/CM boosting. Opinions?

I'd say if you have all of hyper voice, heal bell, and wish. You should go with the bold set with protect as your final move :D
Protect is the safest option. Calm mind with the bold spread is cool but you absolutely have to have steels/poisons eliminated because some physical moves will 2hko you and wish will be useless

Wish
Protect
Using pixie plate, Sylveon is able to OHKO any offensive Garchomp set, and even ones that carry iron head/poison jab will only have 6.3% of 2HKO with no rocks. Ofc, this isnt taking flinch/poison into the calculations.
Well then, that sounds like a plan :D
The leftovers recovery may be missed, but the buff to Hyper Voice is easily noticable :)
Yeah, lefties will def be missed, but the power of pixie plate boosted hyper voice, even on a defensive set, will still wreck. Also, hyper voice on a defensive one might be even better than on a offensive one, as people will surely be surprised when not only is their actual health is affected when trying to set up on sylveon, but also when they get wrecked XD
And especially those that sub for safety :P

4 SpA Pixie Plate Pixilate Sylveon Hyper Voice vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Gliscor: 109-129 (59.8 - 70.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Poison Heal
But yeah, Gliscor still gets pretty rekt.
And also, you can heal bell the toxic/wish EQ dmg on his protect turn :P
