ok where can i get ev reducing berries?and i bred a adamant salamence and a adamant ditto and i got a impish bagon, am i doing something wrong?

The salamence must be female and holding an everstone OR the salamence must be male and the ditto should be holding the ever stone. I am not really sure about the Berries, I just found them randomly.
