I am almost 100% certain you wont find any non-cloned shinies for trade around here. Also, the fact that one is cloned dont make it any less viable/legit than it would if it weren't.

3 if I'm not mistaken.
Some people like to avoid anything cloned. I'm one of those people so I guess that's why I know xD
it depends on how many pp's it has from the beginning. for example you can only use 3 on a move with 5 pp but you can use 6 on a move with 10 pp

Not true. It's always 3. It's just the number of PP that is increased is dependent on the base PP of the move you use it on. 1 PP up = 20% of base PP, so a PP up on a 10 PP move adds 2 PP.

Bit of an odd request I have, but still a challenge for any RNGer out there.
