Personally I pokegen them.

They're 100% legit and can get through poketransfer, be used in battles, recorded with in-game video etc

Check this video, it's really simple and easy.
might want to delete that, I got an infraction a few years ago for "discussing hacks"

How does one get a Kyurem-B in XY? Since you can't transfer Kyu-B itself..
All you have to do is transfer normal Kyurem. Once you do, take it to Kiloude City, and in the second north easternmost house there, show it to a Punk Girl NPC, and she'll give you the DNA Splicers. You might need Zekrom/Reshiram to change it to it's alternate formes, I forget how it works.

Close Combat/Relic Song/Psychic/Shadow Ball (standard). You can put Uturn in for momentum, but remember that switching out get Meloetta back to normal(Psychic type.

I was thinking something along those lines. Thank you for the answer. What type of EV distribution do they usually have?

which is better spread and why for AV Conkeldurr: 252HP/252Att or 252Att/252SDef (or other spread you have on mind)

252 Atk / 4 HP / 252 SpD

This is better because it allows for more HP recovery % with Drain Punch and takes on special threats (the ones its supposed to) ala Gengar etc. better.

I just got a copy of Black 2, and I was hoping I could get a decent list of competitive Pokemon that are Black & White exclusive or have exclusive tutors.

I'm really hoping to learn RNG.

The big ones are Knock Off users that require the BW2 tutor like Bisharp, Weavile and Conkeldurr (among others, check here http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Knock_Off_(move) ), Hyper Voice Sylveon and Gardevoir and XY unobtainables like Whimsicott. Mostly it's for the tutor moves though.

Like the above poster said, most Knock Off users, Excadrill with Iron Head, some Pokemon with SR.. etc.

Im new to the competitive battling scene, so am a little confused as to what i should use as my lead. I want something to set up entry hazards, mainly stealth rock, and was thinking of a terrakion, or a deoxys D/S, but what I dont understand is why i should consider running taunt on these pokemon, since a lot of sets recommend taunt for a quick entry setter. If I use a Deoxys S and my opponent uses deoxys D, how would me using taunt first prevent my opponent from setting up? if he uses spikes, he'll end up with 2 or 3 layers of spikes. I guess the general question im trying to ask is, how do I effectively use taunt?

Well, Taunt completely blocks status moves from working at all, so a fast Taunt generally renders the opposing lead completely ineffective, usually forcing them to switch out and giving you a free turn to set up your own hazards.

In case you don't know how exactly taunt works if you use taunt against a pokemon it can only use attacking moves.
So taunt is to stop opposing Pokemon from setting-up stealth rocks/spikes or using a boosting move. Generally if you lead with Deo-S and your opponent leads with a Pokemon that can set up rocks or use something like Dragon Dance/Swords Dance its best to use taunt first to deny your opponent entry hazards or to stop him to boost on you for free while you set-up rocks which could result in a sweep.

However i wouldn't advise you to run something like Deo-S/terrakion or other dedicated leads if you are a new player stealth rock is very important to stop some Pokemon (talonflame/Charizard/Dragonite etc.) and it is very easy to remove with Defog or Rapid Spin now. So with suicide leads like Deo-S or Terrakion you often need to apply heavy offensive pressure on your opponent to prevent him from removing it which can often be very difficult for someone new/inexperienced. So my advise would be to use a bulky more defensive Pokemon that can set-up SR multiple times like Landorus-T/Tyranitar/ferrothorn. Deoxys-D is also good, but it is more suited to heavy offense since it got very few resitances and is completly focused on setting-up hazards and i would usually advise newer players to use balanced or bulky offense teams that generally consist of some sweepers that get backed up by a few more defensive Pokemon.

Oh, I didn't know taunt completely stops the opponent from using non attack moves, guess I overlooked it while reading the wiki description. Also thank you for the advice, it was very helpfully and I'll be looking into a few other pokemon.

So...right. Does anything new from XY actually come close to countering Landorus-I right now, or has it just not been suspected yet?
Of the Kalos mons and the mega evolutions, first thing that comes to mind is Balloon Aegislash. It's immune to all of Focus Blast, Sludge Bomb/Wave and Earth Power and takes little from Psychic, while it can set up all over it's face or just smack it with Shadow Ball.

Assault vest as a whole has made it harder for Landorus to get through mons such as conkeldurr. Psychic no longer comes close to OHKO'ing conkeldurr, while conckeldurr can OHKO with ice punch. New checks have also been introduced such as greninja and talonflame.

Thanks to you both. In the meantime I also came up with AV Goodra. Now to find how to put one of those guys on my team.

I'm planning on running the following Carbink for a Sturdinja (sturdy shedinja) strategy:

Carbink @ Leftovers?
Sassy nature
Sturdy
0 IV Speed
252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Sp. Def
-Trick Room
-Skill Swap
-Stealth Rock
-Moonblast

Trick Room is there to guarantee Ferrothorn's Worry Seed. Skill Swap is obvious for this strategy. Stealth Rock is a filler move. Moonblast ensures that it is not taunt bait.

Any suggestions will be helpful.

Skill swap doesn't work on a pokemon with wonder guard, i.e. shedninja.

Hence why a Ferrothorn will be using Worry Seed when it is "faster" due to Trick Room before the Skill Swap.

Oh I see what you're trying to do. Anyways, doing all that work to make shedninja sturdy isn't worth it, as it instantly dies to any passive damage: weather, status, entry hazards from being whirlwinded. It's also countered by any mon with mold breaker and Kyruem-B (with terravolt)

Let me worry about the counters to the strategy. I just need help with Carbink.

Obviously you're running it in Doubles, so Dazzling Gleam > Moonblast because spread moves. Also Stealth Rock isn't that relevant in 2v2 due to the lesser frequency of switching; tbh I'd just give it Protect if I were you. Try Mental Herb on Carbink as well - it guarantees the Trick Room at least, allowing you to get the ball rolling. What does Sassy nature a physically defensive investment do for you, or is it basically arbitrary? imo it's normally better to go one way or the other depending on what threatens you but it's your call.

Carbink @ Mental Herb
Relaxed
Sturdy
252 HP/252 Def/4 Sp. Def
-Trick Room
-Skill Swap
-Dazzling Gleam
-Protect
