The Power Items add 4 to whatever EV the Power Item depicts.. So yea, it would be 6. This is why I harass the Magikarp Guy next to Eterna City for an easy 30 Spd EVs per battle. :P

Anyway, here's a silly one: Both Donphan and Mamoswine learn Ice Shard, correct? How do each of them get it - i.e. what's the proper breeding chain? Edit: Nvm. Damn you Swinub. :|

Yes, the Power items add 4 EVs of their respective stat regardless of what you fight. So if you fight a Haunter, you'll get 6 EVs holding a Power Lens, and 7 EVs in the case of Gengar. Also, if you fight a Gastly holding, say, a Power Weight (the HP one), you get 1 Special Attack and 4 HP EVs.

We are making a tourney with my friends, where only level-up moves will be allown. I'm going to use a special sweeper lucario, and this is how it will look:

~Dragon Pulse

And i don't know what to put in the last slot... i'm thinking about Extreme speed, Close combat or Bone rush. Extreme speed is for sake of a priority attack, close combat is for power, and bone rush is for type coverage. Could somebody help me, please?

Go with Close Combat or Extreme Speed with Life Orb or Choice Specs.
Edit: On second thought, Metal Sound could work too. You already hit everything for neutral at least. (Dragon pulse hits everything except steels while Aura Sphere hits all steels for SE or neutral. Dark Pulse hits Ghosts.)

I believe Soul Dew doesn't work at all in the Battle Tower (definite answer should be in a research thread). It's as if you weren't holding anything at all.
