It isn't the only method. You can also find your TSV if you have a Digital Copy of the game, like me. Just need to copy the save file and use KeySAV for that.
I don't have a digital copy, or have any hardware that could do powersaves, so am I SOL on finding it?

i have a pinsir that im training but i dont know which normal move put to him with q-attack: double edge isnt really an option because he learn it from 3g tutor and for eturn i need that his happines will be at the top,but how can i do that? i need to travel with him every time before a battle to make sure his happines wont get low? its really annoying!
