It's impossible to change the clock while the game is suspended. I'm talking if I want a pokémon caught the day after I encounter it (ex. A shiny being found the day before one's birthday but wanting the caught date to be the birthday)

Hmmm, well in that case, just change the date before you start looking for the shiny.

Anyone have a male Clefairy at a fairly high level (like, one they used for breeding?). I have some cleffas, but if I can cut some corners while getting Gravity EM on Chansey that would be pretty nice.

You have to get all the other O Powers first, then max your style by doing Lumiose stuff, then the guy will be in one of the cafes in Lumiose. I don't remember which one though.
