My shiny Bulbasaur has 7 speed IV's and he has HP Ice, so I believe that the even one is Dark and the odd one is Ice.

Ice is Even with a spread of 31/31/31/31/31/x.

Your Bulbasaur probably doesn't have the same other IV's Snoopys.

Seems correct since the IV calculator said 6-7 speed IV's for my Bulbasaur, I just went with 7 though :P
