Hello guys, this is my second RMT, and the most offensive team I made so far, I guess I found a good balance between team support and offense. Check it out:
Mandibuzz (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
- Foul Play
- Taunt
- Roost
- Defog
Just the classic Deffoger/Tank, not much to say, stops almost any physical attacker, supports the team with defog and can also kill with foul play. Taunt is also a nice way to force switches on things like chansey and ferrothorn, that and also prevents hazard setters from setting hazards (redundant lol).
Porygon2 @ Eviolite
Ability: Download
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave
- Recover
The Duck tank. With the incredible ability to tank both charizards and paralyze them, and the capacity to laugh to any Special attacker, including the Mighty Keldeo, Porygon2 is a key piece to the team. Download lets me get some KOs, like gliscor and other things that could otherwise wall the entire team.
Roserade @ Black Sludge
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Sludge Bomb
- Aromatherapy
- Sleep Powder
This one is a great addition to the team, Roserade is a definite counter to most fairys, can support the team with aromatherapy, and also keeps offensive presence with both stabs. Has the ability to kill quagsire, put chansey to sleep and wall Rotom-W like there's no tomorrow, even trick is a bad move for rotom because of Black Sludge. So, why isn't Roserade OU? lol
Greninja @ Focus Sash
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Extrasensory
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Usually the lead, great coverage and power, and backed by a focus sash Greninja is great to damage some important things on the opponent's team, like skarmory and Venusaur, opening the way for the dragons to sweep.
Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Extreme Speed
- Earthquake
The first Dragon of the combo, Multiscale is just a great ability, it just gives me lots of opportunities to set up, Lum Berry makes chansey and others walls unable to paralyze me as I proceed to 2HKO them with a boosted Outrage. Extremespeed helps me avoid Thundurus' Thunder Wave, and also lets me setup on Talonflame with a guaranteed KO after tanking 1 BB.
Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Flare Blitz
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
The second Dragon. Immune to Will-O-Wisp, great stats, great typing, and tough claws make this guy the ultimate sweeper. The only thing that can stop after a DD is a Thunder wave. Enough bulk to tank the likes of greninja give this zard so many opportunities to setup it isn't even funny. Flare Blitz is just ridiculous, Venusaur cries in front of it, Aegislash is nothing in front of a boosted earthquake and dragon claw is the cleaning move.
The team focus on keeping good offensive pressure while also having a decent backup support, it has worked really great so far.
