Well, both my 3IV ones are HA, and the other two are 4IVs, and they all have 4EM. Machop is 25% female so I know it's annoying to breed too, but idk. Normally I won't be picky about trades but 12.5% females are a pain, so .__. Let me think about it a bit.

This is true. For magikarp bounce is a move tutor move. Or obatianed from Dream world and Pokewalker. So you'll need one transferred from the previous gen. Bounce can only be bred onto Aipom and Maractus I think, neither of which can have Gyrarados as a father (thankfully...)
Would you take a perfect female swift swim omanyte with 4 EM in a dive ball for the second one? :3
