if you run moxie scarf then yes you still get the 140 bp from facade, but your attack is halves because you don't have guts :) .
Heatran is a good teammate for it in that case, they also resist each others weaknesses iirc.

Does this seem like a good movepool and EV for a Non Mega Evolution Adamant Tech Scizor:
Bullet Punch/Roost/U-Turn/Acrobatics with 252/ATK 252/Speed 6/HP?
I already plan on using Mega Manectric for this team so I want to use regular Scizor.
EDIT: Wait I forgot; I was going to run Defog/U-Turn/Bullet Punch/Acrobatics Disregard that last one I asked about. EV Spread is the same. But is this a good moveset?

Really? Has Delphox been banned/killed/removed or something?
Because I would rather use Delphox. That's how bad Pyroar is.
I hate to say this. But: He's kinda right. Delphox is a bit studier than Pyroar in VGC. Case and Point: My Modest Magician utterly wipes them out with one Physic. But I MIGHT be a tad biased here, as I am Delphox fan. Fennekin is still my favorite stater in X and Y.
