As the person below me mentioned, its possible to get Kanto Mega Stones at the Stone Emporeum. For me its always Venusaurite, dunno if yours is always Blastoisinite. If yours IS always Blastoisinite, then I would be willing to trade you a Venusarite.

Just wanted to pop in and mention that Staraptor not only is the first beginner bird to reach OU, but also to be banned to Ubers. Reckless Brave Bird + Double Edge along with Close Combat coming off a 120 attack stat sorely hurt. But otherwise, yeah, beginner birds rarely amount to much. :V
