So in order to hatch a 5IV shiny poke you need to find someone with a matching TSV right to your game? or is it the other way around? I'm confused lol.

I don't use reddit and these days I prefer to trade with people from Smogon only.

No problem, it's just a guide outline.

In order to hatch a shiny, not necessarily 5IVs as you're not guaranteed one every time, the TSV of the egg has to match the trainer's TSV to always hatch shiny. For example, my TSV is 3115 - if you had say a Mawile Egg with a Shiny Value of 3115 I could hatch it shiny (I think it's 100%) but if anyone else hatched it it's less likely to be shiny and shiny rates go back to normal.

Does that make sense?
I think there's a TSV list somewhere on here, otherwise if you post in here someone might be able to help you.

I have a ton of female 4IV Dive Ball HA/non-HA Eevees that need new homes :)
Also a ton of 5IV Dive Ball males (most are Bold)
All have Wish, Yawn, Curse, Charm.
Would like to get special ball females for them ^^

OK, so is powersave mainly for extracting the save file data then? cos that's the part I'm most confused about.
Like every Pokemon has its own IVs, EVs, and etc, every Pokemon have one SV(shiny value), that is determined when it's still a egg. If its SV matches the TSV of the trainer that hatched the egg, the Pokemon is born shiny.

Cool, that's what I thought. Thanks.

Yes, it's for backing up/restoring save files (tho it has a cheat feature as well). You need the save files on your computer and you load that up on the keysav, but you still need to perform a "sort-of" calibration for the latter.

I haven't got my Trade Thread set up yet (working on that as we speak) but do Dream Ball HA Exeggcute or Dream Ball HA Corsola interest you?
Both have 4 Egg Moves.

I also could give you Curse on your Tyrunt's (I do have a couple females but not the best IVs) as I'm working on them right now.

I'd be interested in Corsola :) Which Eevee do you want? (Male or female, HA or non-HA)

I have a question: is M-Ampharos worth use in the OU? I have a modest shiny one in dream ball and i dont know which ev spread is the most good for him, some people adding speed to his speed because it decrease with the mega evolving or to his hp i dont really know :( i want to make him a speciall attacker with volt switch and d-pulse and maybe Tunderbolt

Ampharos@Ampharoste
Static -> Mold Breaker | Modest
236 HP / 252 SpA / 20 Spe
Volt Switch
Focus Blast
Dragon Pulse
Thunderbolt/Discharge

20 Speed to outspeed Hippowden.

Heal Bell can be used over Tbolt/Discharge if you team needs a cleric.

Well, I never expected to run into a wild carnivine and capture it with a friend ball. :P

It even took me longer than I thought to find a qwilfish (without swarm) but I managed to capture a qwilfish in a lure ball. Phew!

Also, I have a lapras caught in a lure ball which is owned by "BlueMew" but I don't remember if I have redis rights to trade it. =/

***Tatertot's Mega Giveaway Part II***

Thank you everyone for participating in the first part of my giveaway! I hope you're satisfied with your new mega partners :)

Part II has arrived! This time I'm only giving out ONE Pokémon, but it is a special one. The first Pokémon I ever bred in XY was a 31/31/31/31/31/0 Snover for use in my trick room team, and it's the spitbacks from that project that helped me launch my first trade thread on Pokebeach forums, and then my thread here. Here you'll find a descendent of my treasured Mega Abomasnow, a perfect 6 IV Snover ready to wreak havoc for you in your team, just as mine has done for me.

I'll use a number generator, and whoever guesses closest to the number generated will get it! The winner will be contacted at 10:00 PM Monday (US Central Time), so you have between now and then to pick a number. May the odds be ever in your favor!
