Folks, I am looking for a female Ralts, Timid nature, with 31/x/31/31/31/31 IVs and the move Hyper Voice from Gen 5. If I can get that in Shiny, that'd be even better.

you should probably state the IVs for the pokemon you're offering + what ball they are bred in and the egg moves they have.

Depends on what you want his role to be in your team. Mixed attacker or physical attacker?

Huh? You mean Shaymin-Sky? HP Fire or Ice, depending on what you want to hit. Not much difference.
