mm i did some reaserch about that,hp ice can hurt lugia and dragons while hp fire hit genescent but i think the all genescent that be in uber will run choice scraf so they will outspeed me and hit me with ice beam

I know that it can be difficult to find the correct TSVs and people who are still active, but perhaps try and breed some more pokemon :)

if you have perfect parents, the chances of getting a perfect baby (6 ivs) is 1:31 so it's not that difficult.
It's better to do that than just wait around hoping for people to get that TSV and be active.
The same if you have perfect HP parents.

Its gonna be difficult looking just for three numbers, not to mention time consuming. This time can be spent on breeding more pokes. I know HP mons and flawless mons can be difficult, but its still better then endlessly searching only a few numbers.
I would recommend breeding a bunch of bulk eggs, then just chuck them in your PC, breed some more. Once you have a bunch get them checked or check them yourself. Then you probably have a better chance of getting what you want. 3 TSVs are a very small amount in how many TSVs their are, not to mention duplicates. The mon's you don't want, aren't the IVs and all that you want for a shiny - you can always do a matching TSV giveaway.

You earn it randomly either by successfully completing Super Training Regimens or by doing Core Training (hitting the punching bag).
I may be wrong, though.

Leave the bottom screen on the bag punching screen. Pokes randomly finds it.
EDIT: Only through basic training, not regimes I think. Or just wait for the poke to find one, could take some time though

You know the default black bag? I think you can get some just by continuously hitting that

Correct. Just keep hitting the bag until a Reset Bag drops for you.
Also remember that you can also only have 12 bags at a time as well. Once max, no more bags will drop unless you discard some bags. Once you reach max and still didn't get it, discard unwanted bags, and keep trying till it drops!

Can someone please give me the best Nature, IVs, and EV Spread for a Mega Venasaur with the following moves: Giga Drain/Toxic/Venoshock/Petal Blizzard (I don't really plan on changing my movepool either, save maybe Petal Blizzard) please?
EDIT: Forgot how Petal Blizzard works, is not good in Doubles. So I'm swapping for Frenzy Plant.
