Is there any way to RNG flawless method 1 pokemon from emerald? I know I've seen some flawless RNG'd legends from emerald, but I do not know how they got it. Is there a good guide anywhere on the web as to how this is done?
I'm actually breeding some now if you don't mind waiting i could breed you a 5 IV one with Aqua Jet DDance
do you guys know any fast way to check IVs besides the man on the Gym? Like when breeding for HPs, how do I know if an IV is 30 or some other even number like 28 or 14? Do I have to level them up and check on IV calculator?
battle institute auto levels every pokemon to 50. then just use an IV calc and you're golden.

No, no...not that. I mean 31/31/31/31/31/31 spreads. Can you RNG your ID for a flawless spread on a cart or can this only be done on emulators? I know there is a guy here has a bunch of flawless emerald method 1 but I think they are all from an emulator.

ID/SID abuse can't be done on retail. Furthermore, due to the static seed, flawless spreads require a shitload of hours to reach; you'd literally have to leave your game running for months assuming such spreads even exist on seed 0 (never bothered with high emerald frames myself, so idk
If you're doing retail, you're gonna have to settle for less-than perfect.
You can always try live battery Ruby/Sapphire abuse though; better available spreads that are actually reachable, assuming you're willing to wait per RNG attempt.
