Ladder Balanced Hackmons

There isn't a threatlist right now since the tier is so diverse and, if something becomes a big threat, things quickly adapt to minimize it. But in general, you should prepare for Imposter (especially Chansey), Sturdy Shedinja, Poison Heal (offense and defense), Prankster (D-Bond/Taunt especially), Mold Breaker (especially sleep and hazards, but sweepers too), -ate priority (especially Refrige Kyu-B), -ate Boomburst (especially Pixel Xern), Simple, Contrary, Magic Bounce, Regenerator (usually defensive pivots) and Magic Guard (usually high-powered sweepers that are sometimes status immune). And also be sure your team can handle long games since 40-50 turns is about the average with stall teams sometimes stretching a game 100-200 turns.

Can anyone link to a threatlist?
Echoing rumors here you NEED a fire type so that you at least check kube and xerneas, also prepare for the ates in general because they hit like a truck just insanely hard. In terms of the turns per game I agree but even for hyper offense my games are almost always at least 60 turns because sometimes it's very hard to gain momentum in the current metagame with shed usage rising once again(stahp pls) they can use your offensive momentum and crush it. And ALWAYS prepare for sturdinja ALWAYS.

Wasn't Sturdinja banned?

I disagree with Mike in that you need a fire type. In my opinion, fire types are pretty bad defensively, and I run mostly stall, so I don't use any, and I can still perfectly counter Kyub and Xern with Flash Fire Scizor.

The only good fire types are ho-oh, blaziken and heatran I think. Maybe reshiram but I haven't seen any of those lately.

Volcanion, zard y to an extent and I don't know why I said fire types basically to defeat kyub you need an ice resist in addition to offensive presence or carry status

Interestingly, Fire has one of the best defensive typings numerically, it just resists all the wrong types and is weak to too many common types.

The relevant resists are Ice and Fairy pretty much.

Just pointing out that Darmanitan Zen resists EVERY contrary move not named Draco Meteor, but it usually runs Assault Vest so its not that big of a deal.

Unless your into furry monkeys. ;) (Fur Coat)

Go ahead just make sure its good on the ladder and please please please elaborate about what each pokemon does.
It's not THAT good, plus it endured tons of editing. Maybe i'll just post 2 of them:
Kamikaze's Ghost (Gengar-Mega) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef / 252 Spd
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
I used to use a Deoxys-S named Kamikaze, hence the name since it's off the team. this sets up hazards, and if it's still alive, uses whirlwind to get rid of a threat, spins for obvious reasons, or stacks MORE spikes.

Luck (Chansey) @ Eviolite
Ability: Imposter
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Seismic Toss
- Milk Drink/Softboiled
If i'm lucky, i switch in on a setup sweeper or contrary sweeper, ususally take a hit thanks to hp and eviolite(unless it's made super-frail), destroys them, and can usually sweep teams if lucky. But without a Scarf, sometimes who lives and who dies comes down to complete coinflips. Plus some teams can counter each other, while mine hardly can.

Idiota Returns! (Shuckle) (F) @ Mail
Ability: Unaware
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef / 252 Spd
Calm/Impish Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 SAtk
- Recover
- Power Split
- Heart Swap/Toxic
- Leech Seed
Idiota was kicked off the team to see how Unaware Xerneas would do, and he's back. For REVENGE, slowly, and painfully. It almost halfens their dmg output with Power split, takes their boosts with Heart swap, or goes for more dmg with toxic. Then it seeds them, and forces switches, or in some cases kills them.

The rest of my Team Is MAgic-Guard Archeops, Refrigerate Kyurem-B, and F.E.A.R Heatran. So how is my team to you?

Sturdy+Sash Shedinja with Endeavor, Aqua Jet, Soak and King's Shield: Re-usable FEAR, combats Mold Breaker once.
Sturdy+Lum Berry Shedinja with same moveset. Same reason, but combats Status moves rather than Mold Breaker
Arena Trap Psychic Gem Deoxys-Defense with Perish Song, King's Shield and 2 status moves. Works with Mega-Gengar in Ubers, more durable and can stall. Combats Sturdy Shedinja.
Level 1 Sturdy Lum Berry/Sash Magikarp, Dragon Rage, Leech seed. Restores HP fully from Leech Seed. DR helps against Magic Guard if no switching out.
Magic Guard Choice Band Deoxys-Attack, Head Smash and 3 other moves.
Prankster Sash Deoxys-Speed with Stealth Rock, Rapid Spin, Spikes and Toxic Spikes.

Is this any good? No Mold Breakers, but the Perish Song Deoxys should deal with that. Bit of a Dark weakness, but should be fine (all the Pokémon that actually do anything are weak to Dark!)

Can we please not turn this into the pure hackmons thread.

arena trap is banned for a reason psychic gem is unreleased and overall deoxys is overrated it's not bad but not the best lead. Overall I think you need some more honing of your skills in the meta game so I encourage you to join the mentoring program and come in over to the other metas room on ps :) then you'll be a lot more intelligent in terms of the meta game. One thing that sticks out to me though is that you say like what mega gengsr does in ubers the thing is that pretty much no mon does what it does in standard tiers bar deoxys s but nonetheless join the mentoring program :)

Forgot the banlist, maybe Mean Look+Prankster instead of Arena Trap and one status move and Mind Plate instead of Psychic Gem.

I really don't think your picking up what I'm putting down, perish trapping can be good in bh but not to the point of something to prepare for not to mention that lately I've been seeing a good amount of soundproof and omg I actually read your post why the hell is fucking magikarp getting a mention????????????? I don't want a pure hackmons thread we've been so good until now.

That MegaGar looks pretty busy. Maybe it's just me, but hazard stacking, spinning, and phazing seems like a lot for something as frail as that. What about Spooky Plate Judgment to Imposter block?
Thank you for a constructive reply. it usually never accomplishes more thna one task. would magic coat be a good idea to counter other hazarders? and imposter blocking? how?

If you don't know what he's talking about with the pure hackmons thread, by the way, you just need to look at Alexgrizz's posts starting here: http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/hackmons-xy.3500418/page-2
