First post of this thread says no.

The answer is the same as the following question: Is the Net Ball Anorith you posted earlier not hacked?
the anorith was hacked, but it was considered "legal" to the game, since you could capture a female one in entree forest with a net ball.
what i wanted to know is if a female pikachu or pichu could be caught in entree forest with a dream ball, making a kalos born pichu legal

Did a bit of research and it turns out that no members of the Pichu line can be caught in the Entree Forest, which means the Pichu is a hack.

thanks for the answer!
i researched a little too and found out that there is a japanese event where you could capture a pikachu at entree forest, but is male locked!

the Wi-Fi forum rules said:
Do NOT...
  • Trade Pokémon that have been created or altered by a third party tool (Action Replay, Pokegen, Pokesav, etc.).
    • This includes anything bred using created/altered Pokémon.
That's why the link to it was deleted after all.

I have some spitback Modest Deinos all with 4IVs and Earth Power.
I'm looking for a Lansat or Starf berry, Huge Power Bunnelby or a Winter Deerling/Sawsbuck. Can anyone help?

If I was to use a warp to location hack in my copy of emerald, to get to the island where you can capture Mew, that would be considered a hack, no? Despite the fact that the Mew existed in my game, is entirely legitimate, and the only thing hacked was the method of arriving at the location? Hell, I could even just hack the old sea chart into the game and go there normally. Does the fact that the sea chart wasn't legitimate make a legit pokemon suddenly illegal?

If there was never, ever a way to get to it without hacking, then it's illegal. Hence the only Emerald Mew that is legal are the ones from JP games.

Of course, if you use codes to get to it you have to state that to trade it here.

Okay. So the Mew would be illegal because it's impossible to acquire on an NA cartridge.

Would that make warping to the lugia/Ho-Oh and Deoxys islands technically legal then? I could RNG or soft reset them, and trade them on my thread so long as I let people know how they were acquired?

Would an Eviolite Graveler be around as viable as a Golem? Graveler's Eviolite-boosted Base stats for Defense are 173 Def/67 Sp.Def, compared to Golem's 130 Def/65 Sp.Def.
