Simple Questions/Requests - Mark 38 (Minor Pokemon Trades, Item Requests etc GO HERE) (NO HACKING)

So I'm currently softresetting for Zygarde. I use a Relaxed 252 Hp 252 Def Smeargle to spam Spore on it. According to the damage calculator, an Adamant Zygarde with 31 Atk IV will do this damage to my Smeargle:

0+ Atk Zygarde Crunch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Smeargle: 41-49 (13 - 15.6%) -- possible 7HKO

0+ Atk Zygarde Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Smeargle: 76-91 (24.2 - 28.9%) -- 99.5% chance to 4HKO
0+ Atk Zygarde Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Smeargle: 51-61 (16.2 - 19.4%) -- possible 6HKO (This one is after Camouflage, no STAB)

If Crunch does Less than 41 damage, and Earthquake less than 76 or 51, can I assume it does not have the 31 Atk IV?

yes base it off the min damage and if it does more that means it got max damage just be aware that other IVS (most likely 28-30) with max damage can do that amount as well

EDIT: Also as well I was thinking of breeding knock off on my machop Current egg moves are bullet punch and fire,ice and thunderpunch which one should I get rid of for knock off or should I not even bother

You're still looking for this? Why don't you just use a Cute Charm male to up the chance of finding female Riolu? The rate goes up to 60%, and it's not too hard to get a HA one with those odds. That's the way I found all of the HA 12.5% females that I bred in my shop. It didn't take me more than 15 minutes for each of them.

Also, why would say something rude like that. You do realize that Buckert is my friend, don't you?

In case if you didn't know about this, I don't like people who are rude and talk bad to my friends. =/

I bred a bunch of Larvitar w/ Iron Head and Dragon Dance 3 or so months ago so I can offer that.
 
Sorry for the double post, but I need to know: Did Pokemon X and Y change up EV training? I know the old limit was 255 in one stat and you had to keep an eye on it yourself as to not waste the excess 3 points, but my brother and I have been experimenting and it looks like the game now limits you to 252 points per stat. Can anyone confirm? Can you no longer waste the other 3 EVs in one stat? I'm asking because I don't have time to sit here and Super Train these 3 Pokemon for hours, so I want to Horde Train, but I also don't want to waste the 3 points.

LF: 5iv mons with HA- Grimer, Squirtle (w/aura sphere, dragon pulse, water pulse), linoone (gluttony, Egg moves-extreme speed/seed bomb) Or any offers you have is fine as well.

It limits you to 252 now. Even if you keep super training a stat, it won't go above 252.

Edit: so, no you can't waste those 3 extra points.
