BST: 65/76/84/54/96/105 > Mega BST: 65/96/104/84/126/105 (+20 Atk, 20 Def, 30 SpA, 30 SpD)
Ability: Cute Charm/Klutz/Limber > Prankster
New moves: Tickle, Block, Yawn, Nasty Plot, Bulk Up, Wish, Hyper Voice (as an egg move, it gets it through Gen 5 tutors, but in case it's illegal with a new egg move)

Lopunny is kinda weird, having a large movepool, with a lot of various support options, but at the same time, have crappy defenses, and even worse offenses. With the new mega form, and the stat upgrades, it allows it to run multiple different sets, without being extremely powerful. It has enough of a stat increase in its offenses to make it somewhat of a threat, especially with priority Bulk Up and Nasty Plot, but it's not incredibly threatening without boosts to its stats, and it doesn't get a speed increase, which makes it vulnerable to faster threats.

On the defensive side, however, it can take advantage of its huge support movepool, and improved defenses, with options like Encore, Tickle, Charm, Cosmic Power, Thunder Wave, Magic Coat, Yawn, and so on allowing it to mess around with a variety of Pokemon. Unfortunately, it doesn't get any recovery outside of Rest, but it can provide a lot of team support by forcing switches with Yawn, spamming Thunder Wave, Encoring Pokemon trying to set up, or using Block + Tickle + Yawn to guarantee one of your own Pokemon a turn to set up, which can be devastating if done at the right moment.

Edit: added Wish to its moves, as base 65 HP isn't exactly broken with Wish.

Edit 2: A few sample sets:

Lopunny @ Lopunnite(?)
Timid, 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
~ Nasty Plot
~ Hyper Voice
~ Ice Beam / Shadow Ball
~ Thunderbolt / Focus Blast

Simple set, Nasty Plot to boost SpA, Hyper Voice as stab (which reminds me, should add that to list of new moves it gets as an egg move), Ice Beam and Thunderbolt provide good coverage, and allow it to hit various Normal resists. For other options, Shadow Ball allows it to hit ghost types hard, and Focus Blast gives it an option to hits Steel/Rock types hard, with the two getting good coverage together.

Lopunny @ Lopunnite
Hasty or Naive, 128 Atk / 128 SpA / 252 Spe (too lazy to look up optimal EVs)
~ Bulk Up
~ Return
~ Sky Uppercut
~ Shadow Ball (to hit Ghost types) / Thunder Wave / Yawn

Return as STAB, Sky Uppercut to hit Steel/Rock types, Shadow Ball to hit ghost types that try and switch in (although it's not very strong). Alternately, you can run Thunder Wave or Yawn to cripple ghost switch ins instead.

Okay. Anyway I guess (?) I'll propose a wigglytuff set

Type: Normal/Fairy =====> Normal Fairy
Ability: Cute Charm/Competitive/Frisk =====> Prankster
Stats:
140
70 => 90 (+20)
45 => 80 (+35)
75 => 100 (+25)
50 => 70 (+20)
45

New Moves: BoomBurst (Egg Move from Field: Exploud -> Fairy: Granbull or something) )

The General Idea of this Mega is to set itself apart from things that generally outclass it like Clefable, Chansey and blissey. It has a variety of supportive move options like Stealth rock, Screens, T-Wave, Wish, Disable, Heal Bell, Magic Coat and stat loweing moves like charm.

The addition of Boomburst was to give it a strong stab to go along with it's decent special attack and hit set up sweepers through substitute.

Example Set

Wigglytuff @ Wigglytuffite
Nature: Bold
Ability: Frisk/Competitive =====> Prankster
252 Def/252 SpA

Boom Burst
Dazzling Gleam/Protect
Wish/ Heal bell
Thunder Wave / Stealth Rock

Damage Calcs:

252 Atk Choice Band Talonflame Flare Blitz vs. 0 HP / 252+ Def Wigglytuff: 178-210 (42.2 - 49.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252 SpA Wigglytuff Boomburst vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Talonflame: 259-306 (86.9 - 102.6%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO

+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Bisharp Iron Head vs. 0 HP / 252+ Def Wigglytuff: 603-712 (143.2 - 169.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

So yeah, not stupidly broken but the added bulk is respectable

It may be reserved, but I want to share this anyways.

Sceptile.

Item: Sceptilite

Typing: Grass-----> Grass/ Dragon

Abilities:

*Ability Description: Boosts any move that involves slashing or cutting by 20% and raises their critical hit ratio by one.
Come on,that just took my Bisharp's old ability and made it better.In other news,all 3 of my previous submissions have been changed a bit.

Made a little mistake on the Def. 45 + 35 =/= 70. This time the extra Def is justified.

Maybe Mega Raticate should get Strong Jaw, so Hyper Fang and Crunch get a big power buff, and we can also give it the elemental fangs. I say this because in its dex description, it says that it can chew through cinder wall, can gnaw through concrete with ease, and it constantly gnaws on anything with its tough fangs. I'll be damned if that little guy doesn't have a strong jaw to go with those chompers.

Raticate should totally get a Normal/Poison retype for its Mega and add Poison Fang. With Technician and STAB, it's a 112.5 bp move with a 50% chance to Toxic poison. There's your niche.
Poison kills rats though...

Ability: Run Away/Guts/Hustle > Mega ability: Strong Jaw
New moves: Ice Fang (Egg move), Fire Fang (egg move), Thunder Fang (egg move), Counter, Infestation, Double Kick, Superpower (event only, incompatible with ExtremeSpeed or egg moves), ExtremeSpeed (event locked to Adamant only, incompatible with Superpower or egg moves).

This should be so self-explanatory I shouldn't have to explain it.

Groundclear can kill poisonous mushrooms and plants and bug spray can kill poisonous insects, so it can be justified since sewers do contain toxic fumes

Let's give Wigglytuff a try then.

Type: Normal/Fairy
Ability: Cute Charm/Competitive/Frisk>>>Make a Wish: On the user's first turn, the Pokemon auto uses the move Wish.
Stats:140/70/45/85/50/45>>>140/80/65/110/80/50
New Moves: Moon Blast, Slack Off,

Concept: Use Team Support, waste no turns. Free wish coming from 140 HP base stat is humongous for any team that needs immense momentum. Not only that, this Make A Wish's wish doesn't actually conflict with the Wish move, MEANING, you could easily have 2 wishes going for added team play and lots of healing.
Make a wish looks a little op

Mega Torkoal (Torkoalite)
Fire ----> Fire/Steel (think of a furnace)
White Smoke/Shell Armor ----> Smokestack (gets rid of stat changes upon switch-in; if OP, then Sturdy)
70/85/140/85/70/20 ----> 70/95/160/95/130/20
New Moves: Flash Cannon, Flare Blitz
Height:

Concept: Torkoal is the only Fire-type with Rapid Spin and one of the only defensive Fire-types. So I got rid of its SR weakness and TSpikes vulnerability (Toxic immunity by itself is pretty good for a wall), which also grants STAB to Gyro Ball, gave it a much needed Sp. Def buff, and divided what was left into its Attacks and Defense.

Mega Bastiodon (Bastiodonite)
Rock/Steel
Sturdy/Soundproof ----> Solid Rock
60/52/168/47/138/30 ----> 60/102/178/47/178/30
New Moves: None. You're crazy if you think I'm giving it reliable recovery.

Concept: Wall everything:
252 Atk Terrakion Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Solid Rock Mega Bastiodon: 279-327 (86.1 - 100.9%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO

Zoroark
Dark --> Dark/Ghost
Illusion --> Infiltrator
60/105/60/120/60/105 (510) --> 60/155/60/140/60/135 (610)

Mega-Zoroark attempts to give Zoroark a better oppurtunity to use his physcial moves such as Pursuit, U-Turn, Sucker Punch, Low Kick, Shadow Claw, and Knock Off. This set is especially good for luring in Psychic/Ghost types and beating them with Pursuit or Sucker Punch. Dark/Ghost not only makes sense as an "illusion" Pokemon, but it gives a useful immunity for illusions (like Bisharp for example). Because Illusion would be useless after the opponent makes their move, Infiltrator gives a slight boost while still making stylistic sense.

Any criticism is appreciated.

Wanted to put this up for discussion.

Enter Mega Cofagrigus

Cofagrigus-Mega
Mummy ----> Stance Change
Tomb Form: 58/40/180/70/180/35 Ghost/Dark
583 BST

Mummy Form: 58/180/30/180/25/110 Ghost/Fighting
583 BST

New Moves: King's Shield, Sacred Sword, Shadow Force

Concept: Take Aegislash and mind fuck it

Seriously, this thing shits on Aegislash. Hitting harder and taking hits easier. The type change also screws with you defensively, as it gains new immunities and weaknesses. Shadow Force pretty much ruins your life. Guaranteeing that something will be nailed by a base 120 power physical STAB move off 180 base attack. This is what Cofagrigus should've been.

Mega Stoutland
Normal --> Normal
Intimidate/Sand Rush/Scrappy --> Fur Coat
85/110/90/45/90/80 (BST: 500) --> 85/120/110/65/140/80 (BST: 600)
New moves: Slack Off(egg), Earthquake(TM), Poison Fang (level 1)

Normal-type physical attacker with great mixed defenses. Don't you see all that fur.
252+ Atk Adaptability Mega Lucario Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Fur Coat Stoutland: 288-340 (77 - 90.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Terrakion Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Fur Coat Stoutland: 297-349 (79.4 - 93.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252+ Atk Parental Bond Mega Kangaskhan Return vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Fur Coat Stoutland: 246-289 (65.7 - 77.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252+ Atk Mega Tyranitar Superpower vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Fur Coat Stoutland: 315-371 (84.2 - 99.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after sandstorm damage
252+ Atk Choice Band Machamp Dynamic Punch vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Fur Coat Stoutland: 247-292 (66 - 78%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252+ Atk Aegislash-Blade Sacred Sword vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Fur Coat Stoutland: 221-260 (59 - 69.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Mega Alakazam Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Stoutland: 268-316 (71.6 - 84.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Keldeo Secret Sword vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Fur Coat Stoutland: 210-247 (56.1 - 66%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Keldeo Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Stoutland: 220-259 (58.8 - 69.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Arcanine

Fire ----> Fire/Ice
Intimidate/Flash Fire/Justified ----> Mountaineer (On switch-in, this Pokemon avoids all Rock-type attacks and Stealth Rock.)
90/110/80/100/80/95 ---> 90/150/90/115/90/120
Icicle Crash, Earthquake, Stone Edge

Concept: So I took one of the CAP abilities and decided to throw it in here to separate Arcanine from its fire type brethren. This is great since it is 4X weak to rock type moves and can basically switch into most rock types and out speed them by OHKO'ing them with Close Combat. I actually wanted to make Arcanine Fire/Fairy but Fire/Ice STAB can hurt a lot of pokemon. Of course, Fire types alone resist its STAB's but I think it has enough coverage to take care of them. This will, however, give it some pretty horrible 4MSS since it wants EdgeQuake, Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, E-Speed, Close Combat, and Icicle Crash all on one set. I could have really made it overpowered but I think Mega Arcanine is pretty suitable for the XY OU metagame.

what justifies the Ice typing

mega blissey here we go!

Normal ----> Normal (same)
Serene Grace/Natural Cure/Healer ----> Rough Skin
255/10/10/75/135/55 ---> 255/10/60/105/155/55
New Moves : none

Concept: Mixed wall FTW (the original concept gave it spikes to that's what's up with rough skin)

basically +50 defense +30 special attack +20 special defense

mega shedinja time!

Bug/Ghost ----> Bug/Ghost
Wonder Guard ----> Dream Guard (not very effective moves hit it
1/90/45/30/30/40 ---> 1/110/45/90/30/70
New Moves : Endeavor

Concept: Endeavor makes it viable (hey, decent speed + 1HP + endeavor + shadow sneak = decent Level 100 FEAR poke

Honestly this is going to sound corny and lame, but I figured it does have a thick coat of fur (pretty sure another OM project stole Fur Coat Arcanine already), so it must live in colder climates, plus its ability makes it seem like it lives in mountain areas which are typically cold and snowy.

the 3 hp means it has... well, 3 HP. endeavor OPs it?

I actually did a Blissey a while ago in this thread, but he didn't say much after saying that one of the two spreads I gave for it was too powerful. Also, you can't change the HP of any Pokemon with a mega form so Shedinja won't work at all.
