Funfest is just local wireless so should be usable as ever.
Pointless minigames, only use is to get Shards for BW2 tutors; luckily this is pretty easy, just bike around Castelia and Nimbasa until you get what you need.
Entralink I never ever used so can't tell you much. Entree forest is moot with support dropped / no WiFi, but I guess injecting Pokémon directly into the forest is still possible with save editors.

Ah, may farm some shards from the missions then.

Wouldn't injecting Pokemon into the forest make them illegal by Smogon's rules?
 
What are the best balls for the following? feel free to suggest apricorn balls:
To become Mega Pinsir
To become Mega Gyarados
To become Mega Tyranitar

Not 100% sure, but I think it's the same deal as injected wondercards: considered legal but disclose that it was injected. I'd ask Agonist or someone first :P

Pinsir: Sport ball/Safari ball (If HG/SS), Net ball (If Platinum/Diamond/Pearl)

Gyarados: Lure ball

Tyranitar Heavy ball, Level ball, or Safari ball

i really really really need a friend safari with ditto in it or for someone to generously give me a ditto with 5-6 IV's because i am new to using pokemon X/Y i have absolutely nothing other than like 20 treeckos someone add me up and ill praise you as if you were god

i have the female abra ha and lileep in a dream ball
i believe i do have 4 iv and 1 5 iv abra, but spitback lileep only

They have to add you too. Friend Requests work that you both have to add each other for it to count, they don't get a notification if only you do it. I advise you PM the active users with Ditto safaris on the list.
