White Herb Leaf Storm? Idk I don't use Sceptile
I just figured eating a Sitrus Berry or using ANY other consumable item would do the trick.
I suppose then a set of Leaf Blade / Rock Slide / Earthquake / Substitute holding sitrus would do the trick. Then again, I'm pretty sure Sceptile hits like a feather without attack boosts, so I'd consider dropping a move for SD :P
edit: Actually, acrobatics would be pretty good
Hmm and here I though Unburden was a good ability for it...Overgrow is better competively huh?
So in that case what is best for an Overgrow set?
Oh no, unburden is the superior ability. It's just usually better on a special set with power herb SB/White herb leaf storm. On a physical set, I agree with Lockie. Send it on something that can normally one shot it, like a fire or ice type, set up an SD while they make you use your focus sash activating your unburden, then proceed to utterly annihilate (well, that's too strong a word. Severely dent would be a better term :P).
Natural Gift works for activating Unburden and gives you a single use attack of any type (RIP Ferrothorn).
Then I'd like that Special Set please, I can't find an Anaylsis on one.

As for evs, I guess just 252 SPatt is the obvious choice. You really don't need max speed, but if you to you can have that as well.
Edit: although, you could go overgrow instead for the ability and use LO/Choice specs instead and it would still be quite the effective set, if not more effective. Or you could keep unburden, because of all the knock off spam :]

hmmm so Natural Gift won't work here huh? Darn I had some fun stuff planned for that. But I do have more ideas now. Thanks, I'll start with these and see what Tweeking I can do, and OFC I am Guessing Naive or Hasty Nature here right?
Well, these would actually be timid/modest, since these are fully special. You could go with NG and make it mixed with naive/hasty (although I would go with a ATT or SPATT boosting nature instead. With 120 base speed being doubled, you really don't need a +speed nature or max speed evs.)

Figured it out. Looks like I'll need to catch a Gen 3 Spinda, level for Teeter Dance and tutor Counter to it, transfer and breed with Cacturne who learns leech seed by lv up, then breed that with Lotad and tutor Giga Drain in B2...

In Gen V, you can breed Teeter Dance and Leech Seed onto Lotad with Cacnea and teach Giga Drain via Move Tutor. Can't get Counter because the breeding mechanics won't allow you since males are only allowed to pass egg moves in that generation.
EDIT: Dark Ray provided a better explanation.
Breed a 3rd gen tutored Spinda with Teeter Dance and Counter with a Cacnea, level up weird cactus baby to get Leech Seed, have it ravage a Lotad (Giga Drain is 4th gen TM/5th gen Tutor so just teach it to Cacnea/finished Lotad).
I maybe new here, but i clone with most of my friends on Y, soon if the person's on, I'm trading a pokeball vivillion for a shiny 6iv goomy, if you want, I will clone one for you

Clone me one of those Pokeball Vivilions and I will trade you one of my Imperfect 5 IV Adamant Speed Boost Torchis for it (I still need that Vivilion Pattern). THEN I'll trade you one of my bad fishing shinies, and if you can clone it and return it:
I'll say you are trustworthy, BE your reference (until you give me a reason not to trust you) and let you clone ONE of my better Shinies for yourself (one that someone I knew on Gamefaqs RNGed for me) for one back + Original.

I need your FC. And don't worry about IVs on the Vivilion, I'm just a collector. And no offense I don't want to accept your offer of a Shiny Deoxys, as those are REALLY hard to get and most tend to be hacks (at least to my knowledge). However if you can say how you aquired it and it is validated as legit, I will happily accept such an offer if I can find a good equal one to make in exchange for it.
1048-8659-9829, and the deoxys is probably a hack cause I got white 2 preowned holding everything shiny lvl100, but I only too a few of them before restarting the game. It did get through pokebank so it's anyone's guess

If it was a Gen III Deoxys from the Auroa ticket event it is possible, but compared to that game card info, I have to say it is a safe bet 98% of the Pokemon on that cartridge are hacked probably quite well (IF I interepted right that is what you meant EVERY Pokmon on a used game was a Shiny level 100 Pokemon, if I had RNGED a bunch of stuff I wouldn't sell it). Just a heads up to be safe on that, since Pokebank has a NOTRIOUSLY bad hack checker.
