I'm trying to learn how to RNG abuse, and I see your Secert ID is needed for something.

Since nintendo wifi is down, I have no way to check it.
Is it relevant for standard abuse?

I Have a 6IV Shiny Chespin impish had Bulletproof moves spikes curse synthesis and quick guard but i want one nicknamable with the same moves and HA i don't need a perfect IV it can be 4~5iv please! i'm online every day

You don't need it if you're not interested in [or are content not to] RNG abusing for shinies [assuming you don't have the shiny charm].
However your Secret ID can be found by transferring a Pokémon to gen 6 from the save in question, and checking it there (either yourself, or by asking someone else).

Edit: Or you can start a new save and TID/SID abuse, allowing you to know (choose) your SID.

Thanks, I was thinking something like this to be honest.
The level of BS in the fact that Salamance can't learn Outrage without a Tutor is over 9 thousand.
And may Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire give us the option once more.
EDIT: One more question: Since Charmander's whole line is in the same egg group, can I pass Dragon Dance from a Male Charmander (when breeding with a female Bagon) down the offspring? I just wonder because when I check Bublapedia it doesn't show Charmander's line on the list of parents that can pass Dragon Dance down.

You should be able to, I think they don't show it b/c it requires chain breeding

Bulbapedia's list of egg move parents are those who can learn it without having it be bred on (excluding those only available by chains).
Egg moves may (as far as I know) be passed on by any male with the move which is in the same egg group as the female.

Edit:
Serebii's egg move list is a little more complete for such things (and does indeed list Charmander-line as parents for Belly Drum).

mega sableye is going to get lower base speed (confirmed in serebii?) ,
So is it better to get the spread 31/x/31/31/31/0 instead of the normal 31/x/31/31/31/31

you guys do realize that black and white 2 aren't THAT outdated; sure it would take a little extra time, but you can still breed pokemon through the old game like you use too and just transfer them via pokebank. yeah i know no one wants to go back to old graphics and stuff but if your that enraged that there's no tutors in X and Y then just go back to black and white and do it like you use to (assuming that those pokemon you bred with or offspring of it are left behind to work with.)

anyway does anyone have a level one syther or scizor with adamant nature, 5 or 6 iv's, with technician ability? ball and moves dont matter, but i always like a cool ball and moves i cant get normally. pm me about it if you got it and interested in trading.

Well since Nintendo Comps allow Kalos Born only (and I regularly do VGC battles). I started a new file on B2, and haven't beat W2, so I am utterly unable to move tutor AND RNG my Salamance.

Edit: Genders aren't important since im not looking to pass down pokeballs at the moment

Tutoring is easy, you can get shards really quickly by doing the "Find Shards" funfest mission. 10+ in 3 minutes
