Can't have shiny+HA+special ball in 5th gen either (except for the overworld Darmanitan/Musharna/Mandibuzz/lolsandstormscrewsyouoverBraviary).
Oh, just realized what you asked is impossible regardless of egg moves of which generation, Guts is H/A and it's impossible for it to be shiny and in a special ball :/. In White forest you essentially get a large range of Lv. 5 Pokemon that appear depending on the people in it, they can be shiny but they can't have H/A.

Damn, thanks guys. Kinda feel let down but I guess I'll just have to go without the tutor moves. It's probable that Gamefreak brings back Super Power as a tutor move anyway. So I guess I have to edit that in now.
