Mudkip can only be in a poke ball as of now.
You can get Mudkip in any Pokeball besides Apricorn Balls, Safari Ball, Sports Ball and Cherish Ball. However they're always male, Japanese and have no egg moves
I know that, I meant you can't breed them in other poke balls.
I've managed to find a female Goomy that matches your request, and caught it in a Luxury Ball, but there's no IV's as this was on Route 14. If that's still alright with you, I'll be available tomorrow. (Sunday) And if you'd like IV's on your female Luxury Ball Modest Goomy, I can do a bit of breeding to put at least a few on.

Still looking for spiritomb with foul play, IVs and nature can be useless. Preferably it would be male but I'm not too bothered about that.
Don't you have to restart your game over and over to find a good shiny spread, then beat the whole game, only for Latias to run around the map? Sounds a lot harder than cloning it, as you just clone once, then clone the original + the clone once, then clone those four, then clone those 8 and you're ready to trade back and still have some to re-distribute... seems fair... it takes about a day just to beat the game and get to latias...
