I don't mind giving you a cloned one, except that I don't know how to clone lol.
Prob pretty poor because it can only be received on a JPN or HKG 3DS so I had to ask my friend to get it for me. I didn't want to bother him so the first one he got was the one I got, the nature is Quiet and I haven't got the chance to check its IVs. Like I said, you could have it for free if you know how to clone it :).
