I assume on the "only four natures" bit you just mean in Firered, because of the Synchronize mechanics for Gen 4?

nope even if you have a synchronizer you can still only get those 4 natures in all of 4th gen games, 5th gen you can get that 6IV spread with every nature
Alright, so no Physical 4th Gen RNGs. Good thing the only Gen 4 RNG I have left is Kyogre.
But is that limit only Hex spreads? What about 5 IVs? Any nature ranges on those?
All natures can have 5IV spreads, those 4 are the only ones available for hexa spread though.

I've posted this before, but I'm interested in trying a competitive Eelektross, however some of his moves I want are only available as tutor moves and I don't have access to the gen 5 games. Now I know Eelektross is a pain in the butt to teach tutor moves because you need to evolve him first, but I feel I might be able to make it worth your while. I have a trade thread as well as a few 6IV Pokemon that are not listed there as of now. I'm not picky about IVs, but there is one of a few natures I'll take. I'm also kind of picky about the nickname.

He specifically mentions on his thread that he uses an AR to clone his RNGs...
What is AR cloning? I'd assume Action Replay but I think that's hacking, which I don't think Smogon let's you do.

I'd like to know what is worth RNG abusing in 4th Gen with smexy Poké Balls that learns Defog/Sucker Punch/4th Gen exclusive moves? Since I'll be going into a crazy RNG/ID abusing spree the next week to be set up before returning to the trade business thing, I'd like to know beforehand. Thanks in advance.
Yeah, AR is action replay. It's allowed if you're only using stuff like Clone Codes, Item Codes etc. as long as you're not modifying the Pokemon itself (i.e shiny codes). You have to mention what ones you use; though.

Essentially, every Egg that is generated has a Shiny Value [SV]. Also, every trainer who plays X and Y has a Trainer Shiny Value [TSV]. If the Egg is hatched in a game with the same TSV as it's SV it will hatch shiny.
Latios [Defog], Latias[Defog], Scyther [Defog, but I think you have that covered], Skuntank [Defog], Lugia [Defog], Gligar [Defog, best user of it in RU if I remember. Kind of useless on Gliscor cause no Poison Heal].
