Definitely. With its high defenses and HP, it can take a beating while dishing out Charge and Ice Beams like nobody's business. You could always give it Calm Mind, as well.

If your using Charge Beam you don't really need Calm Mind. I'd recommend Sleep Talk/Rest for healing.

I would check the analysis. It gives EV's plus more nifty sets.:naughty:

I'd say it depends on your team. If you need a physical wall, put EV's in def, and the same for special.


If that EV spread suits what your team needs, then go for it.

They are identical.

I'm gonna assume you meant the flinch rate. It'd be 60% and the King's Rock doesn't add to it so pick a different item.

Actually I don't believe that it was ever confirmed King's Rock doesn't stack with moves that already flinch. However, as I explained in the Research thread, it wouldn't necessarily be broken. I think evidence actually suggests that it does work on moves that flinch.

No. HP is the most important stat on Regice, and yours is horrible. Regirock has bad HP (one of the most important stats), dismal Attack (the other most important stat), and low Special Defense (another important Regirock stat). I would like more Special Defense and Defense on Registeel, but it's not as bad as the others.
