Heal Bell Articuno, Baton Pass and Extrasensory Zapdos, I guess you could also do Double Edge Moltres (tutor move), and I think that's it.

To get a VT Chu, you need to use a Light Ball. You do not understand the pain of getting a Flawless HP Ice Pichu thats ADAMANT. Your lucky if you get a Lonely nature DX
