No. Attract and Captivate are easily the best, especially when you pair it with Perish Song and Shadow Tag >:3
Would anyone even be interested in a slow cow? Milktank isn't slow enough to be TR without having a low speed IV :(

Game Freak itself is pure evil. Remember when the Aura Sphere Rioule, the Eruption Heatran, and many other events I'm forgetting of (Shiny Suicune and Raikou from the 13rd movie?) had bad natures? Or when they made this horrible thing called "shiny locking", through which some Pokemon can't be shiny? Or when they threaten to ban you if you use hacks, yet nothing happens? (Actually that's Nintendo but w/e)

Grab a Shedinja, Kyurem can't touch it.
It does, but I'm RNGing a non-shiny Kyurem White. Premier Ball for me :P
