Simple Questions/Requests - Mark 42 (Minor Pokemon Trades, Item Requests etc GO HERE) (NO HACKING)

Need suggestions for the last two Pokemon in my new team, here's the four ATM :
Gengar. Focus Sash. Timid. 252 Speed 252 Special Attack. WoW, Destiny Bond, Shadow ball, Slidge Bomb.

Gyarados, Intimidate. Sitrus berry. Impish. 252 defence. 100 HP. 140 Special defence. 16 Attack. Ice fang, waterfall, taunt, T-wave/Protect.

Lickilicky, Cloud Nine. Leftovers. Calm. 252 HP. 252 Special defence. Wring out, muddy water, protect, disable.

Lucario, Steadfast. Lucarionite. Timid. 252 Speed. 252 Special attack. Vacuum wave, Aura Sphere, Flash Cannon, protect.

So I basically need Two all out attackers I'm guessing. A choice scarf user would be good but I'm not sure who.

Could I save up Hugh's Celebi? I could SR Zygarde and Articuno (no HP's tho). They'll be full redis
 
As title says i'm looking for a event heatran. Its the one from pokemon rangers that knows eruption. Never got it and not sure how too. i dont care about the ives just kind of want it just cause. I have kalos born pokes and transfer pokes. if you have one tell me what u looking for.

Only thing I can think of would be to replace the ball sprite with a smaller custom sprite.
I made a 4,000 hours in paint quick moc up of a standard Pokeball so you can see how bad that would look.
