Is there anyone here who would be willing to let me borrow a Zygarde to fill a dex entry? I can tip an Ocean Scatterbug. Also, I'm looking for the following females:
- Premier Ball Meowth (Unnerve)
- Premier Ball Skitty (Wonder Skin)
I don't think that Meowth is possible. IIRC you get Meowth from an ingame trade and you can't catch it on Safaris either

You don't have extra so you wouldn't be willing to trade it for a fodder? I can breed the drain punch myself but all these croagunks are annoying me because they keep having anticipation not dry skin
lol what spitbacks do you have that range from 4-5 IV
I finally found a jolly dry skin female croagunk. Lets hope breeding goes well, although the trade would still be easier what with IV's

(they are obtained after getting 5,000 Dream Points when you log in with a Black or White version cartridge)

To add to what you said, the Dream World was closed in early January, so the only way to get the Meowth is to catch it from the Entree Forest-- if one caught it before the Dream World was shut down-- or inject one (as far as I know, this method is legal).

Does anybody know which pokemon to breed with cradily for stealth rock?
Any Pokémon which can pass Stealth Rock to Cradily as an egg move must have learnt it from the Move Tutor in B2W2, or via TM in DPPt/HGSS. (Due to this, it's probably more practical to just tutor a Lileep Stealth Rock there, but if that isn't available then the following Pokémon work.)
These Pokémon are (first evolution only) Omanyte, Kabuto, Corsola, Lileep, Anorith, Tirtouga, Archen.
Edit: Hclegend; Usually Serebii does a better job covering egg moves.
General edit: Checked, and to the best of my knowledge there is no such chain to breed Stealth Rocks without one of the parents listed above having learnt it in a past generation.
