Does anybody could hit me up with a guide for TSV breeding ? My best friend google doesnt want to tell me ^^
• Breed eggs as usual (don't hatch).*
• Check Shiny Values of the eggs.
• Hunt for someone with the matching Shiny Value.
• They hatch your egg shiny (and trade it back, or run away with it laughing maniacally...)

* You can hatch them to check the IVs, so long as you saved the game while they were still in the eggs, and then soft-reset to that save.

How do I check the SV ?

Thx mate u helped a lot ^^

To add to what .com said, because you'll be needing someone to check the shiny values of your eggs you probably don't want heaps of them (to make it easier on you and the person checking for you), so what I do is fill up your party with 5 eggs (and a flame body flyer, eg. Talonflame) and save, then hatch the eggs, check the babies for IVs and abilities, if you get 1 or more of what you want take note which ones they are and soft reset, move the eggs you noted into the PC and hatch and release the rest. Rinse and repeat until you have several good eggs (you may never match some shiny values so gods to have extra). That way you only keep eggs worth hatching and your PC doesn't fill up...

People with access to the applications that do the checking just collect a tonne of eggs and use the program to check them, akaik. Us technologically illiterate people need to do it the long way haha

edit: NotBruceWayne I have a Carvanha for you :)

Played a few battles recently where people had teams of 6 Shiny's and then someone mentioned people Ebay them, never crossed my mind to actually buy one!

But was wondering if its a Legit thing or if people are just assuming that say 50-100 people will click buy it now and get scammed...

I have a friend from college who actually did this, so I can confirm it's not a scam afaik. There are plenty of people around with extra money and no time to breed. That said, when he told me about it, I told him to never spend a dime again and ask me for breeds instead.

Even if it isn't a scam, TSV method makes Shiny pokes quite easy to get.

I have no interest in Shiny anything to be honest, there is nothing better than destroying a whole team of Shiny's!

I was simply wondering if people use it as a scam...

Once you start getting a large haul of competitive pokes and are running out of things to want, shiny pokes start to look a lot more appealing.

I have recently started to experience this....

I think I am a few hundred hours away from that at the moment,

Always played the games but only got into competitive battling in the last few months... still working on my first properly thought out team.

Or yknow, move onto other random things that no one would do otherwise.
Like say... Snubble ^^ (Seriously, who actually has a Snubble? And not just a normal Snubble, a Female one in a Dream Ball? I'm not asking for one, I'm just curious.)
But I guess shinies are cool too ^^ (If you have the time... Or just TSV them lol)

It's hard to tell if a specific poke they're selling is hacked before you buy it, since they often provide minimal details on how it was obtained. However, my thinking is that if someone has the lack of decency to sell something to people that can normally be obtained through minimal effort in a game, they wouldn't have to stoop much farther to hack.

Definitely. I went on a huge shiny craze a few months ago. When I was starting out here I had absolutely zero interest in shinies. They're quite addicting >.>

99.99999999% sure every pokemon being sold on ebay is a scam or is hacked to hell and back. definitely not worth spending real money for stuff you can obtain via breeding and trading

I've been looking over Trade Threads here for a while now, and I haven't seen a single Adamant Kyurem. Are those rare, or just not that used?
