I traded with a kid who has given me hacks before at a tourniment, so I want to know if any of the ones I got this time were hacked. I only traded Magikarp (his game is glitched so by resetting he got everything he traded to me back)

Common sense would dictate that if you got hacks from him before then you'll get hacks from him again.
I'd assume they are all forced shiny first of all, and I'm almost certain anything with the OT Smogon is hacked (assuming you got it from some random).
At the very least, the Abomasnow was improperly cloned from pokecheck back when it was still open, since it has a premier ribbon. That means it can't be traded here.
Yeah the Abomasnow is considered a hack here on Smogon for sure then.
Anyone know anything about this? If those dates are correct, then it's pretty new.

Probably best to check it via PKHex. The fact that someone threw away a flawless shiny on WT makes me believe it was a forced powersave shiny.
Legal, but the fact that it's from Day-Care Couple (rather than Link Trade) makes it somewhat more suspicious.
In any case, I'd still release it—even if it is legit, just breed your own in a nice ball.
PKHeX wouldn't really help here unless we knew the OT (appears to match that of a random poster on a Friend Safari exchange under the pseudonym "KingJimbo") and could compare to another Pokémon from that save—and even then it's quite possible he has multiple save files.

It seems legit enough. Also I've been looking fora flawless Thundurus for DAYS via the GTS. Lucky. (The only thing suspicious is that it's in a Pokeball. That's the only thing on first glance)

Edit: also, the memory girl says that any non Kalos Pokemon have memories but can't remember. It's only really useful for detecting forced Kalos Pentagons

First time actually doing a hack check, so someone please correct me if I'm wrong :o
A quick google search of "Mat 19849 Pokemon" will show that this darkrai has been on Smogon for quick some time (ex. here) I think it was probably RNG'd by some old Smogon member who made their stuff fully-redistributable; according to some Gamefaqs site (here), it was also available on Pokecheck...
The only other possible thing I can think of is whether or not it has a premier ribbon, but you say it doesn't, so it should be legal :)
Tl;dr-- Seems legal, if not legit, to me. Then again, as Mewdraco said above ^^, you should typically be wary of stuff you get off showdown :o

More accurately, the original was RNGed by Mat. However, as with most of his Pokemon, it has been hacked many times.
From what I recall most (if not all) of Bond's Pokemon were made public so I don't know if it's a good idea to trade them, although with pokecheck down I'm not sure anymore.

This looks legal to me so far but perhaps I could be missing something aside from the guy being shady.

Seems fine..a quick google search of the ot shows the id matches so it most likely isnt forced shiny...whether tge person should be trading it or not..thats another issue entirely

That's interesting, seems like it's a common TSV hatcher, I have seen a recurring sableye and espurr with the OT so far but no actual owner of this particular shellder/cloyster. Anyway I think it'll be ok for breeding then.

Just another friendly reminder that if you have any doubts of legitimacy, don't offer it for trade. As long as it's not blatantly illegal, it can be used to breed, but again, if you have any doubts, better to just find someone who you can trust to have gotten it legally.
