Pretty sure I still have a lv 100 EV'd one I RNG bred way back in the day (when it was only possible to get ST Chansey in Gen III) that you can have, assuming you don't mind it being Shiny and non-KB
Found the little bugger. A little dusty from her time in Bank, but still perfectly usable. The IVs should be 31/x/31/31/31/31, but I can't remember it's EV spread.
