We currently have 43 teams and 6 free agents. I don't see us going up to 64 so I will most likely close the signups @ 48 unless there is a sudden influx of teams signing up.

As I said in the OP I'm prioritizing formed teams over individual free agents as formed teams are more likely to cooperate and that is obviously crucial in this tour.
