Should the event Diancie get the auto 3 31 IVs or not? As none of mine have had more than 1 31, and a few had 0 31s

It should have 3 31s. Don't know why yours don't have 3 31s though.
I did get Dex data for it before this event. Could that be what's causing this?

does anyone know if the Diancie is being distributed on Canada (EBGames) as well? Wasn't mentioned on Serebii
Let's see min speed it will have is 98 at Lv. 50 which is a decent middle ground for TR and non TR teams. I'm pissed because I wasn't gunning for TR plus it was my first try the rest of the IVs are too good to give up. Oh well I'm keeping it. I can do another playthrough in the future.
From Serebii: If you are in Canada, you can get it from participating EB Games stores.
So yes, it's running up here as well. If your store ran the shiny Gengar event, they should also be running the Diancie event.

So, I tried putting a code into my X version which hasn't seen any legendary but Xerneas
First time: Jolly, 3 Perfects (tossed)
2nd time: Impish, 3 perfects, 1 Zero (tossed)
3rd time: Lonely, 3 perfects (tossed)
Now, I know this isn't a great sample size, but I think I may have an idea on the culprit. Would like some more specimens, though
I'd say toss, Rash is good for mixed but it's kind of pointless with that 5-6 attack IV.

Careful. The IVs/Nature match up flawlessly, but is Careful any good? Regular Diancie with just Diamond Storm? Keep/Toss? I really wanted a Hasty/Naive one for Mega Diancie tho

Yes, that's the benchmark IMO, 2 from perfect is excellent.
Tempting keep but that Sp Atk will be a kicker. Toss.
