Btw, I'm using a shiny mew from a japanese emerald emu as my synch and have not gotten my desired nature nearly half the times I've reset. Is this just bad luck?
Just bad luck, I've been on a 4-5 crappy nature streak myself on this latios.
P.S. Nice, shiny mew just screams emerald nostalgia.

Yes, it ignores Magic Bounce.
