Latios/Latias are always good. Terrakion is also good, Thundurus and Landorus too. Suicune is pretty decent too.
If you play ubers, you may want to consider Ho-Oh, I'm not sure about Lugia, and of course Groudon/Kyogre/Rayquaza too.

Hi there! I'm looking a Modest, HP Ice Thundurus, (with decent IVs of course) that has been SRed in ORAS and is nicknameable <- very important.

I'm willing to offer a clone of one of these Legends that I SR'd myself, all nicknameable of course, also all caught in Master Ball except Latios, who s in Pokeball:

Jolly 31/31/30/x/31/31 Terrakion
Jolly 29/31/30/x/31/31 Virizion
Timid 26/8/29/31/31/31 Latios
Modest 24/1/31/31/31/28 Suicune

For some non-legends I can offer, I have:

Dream Ball, Limber Jolly 31/31/31/x/31/31 Buneary with Low Kick/Ice Punch/Encore/Fake Out (Female)
Dusk Ball, Adaptability Quiet Skrelp (31/x/31/31/31/0) (, Male or Female)
Nest Ball, Chlorophyl Modest Bulbasaur (31/x/31/31/31/31) with Giga Drain (Female)
Dive Ball, Huge Power Adamant Azumarill (31/31/31/x/31/31) (Male, at level 50 with an EV spread of, I think, 204 HP/252 Attack/52 Speed) but no Belly Drum it was a CB set )

Again, all are nicknameable.

Triple checking, and last checking, a perfect ivd naive mixed attacker mega ray should be caught in a dusk ball, but a normal, non mega ray should be caught in a nest ball, right?

you can catch it any ball you like, it's just that those are the only two green balls available in ORAS. and rayquaza is green.

i'm rotating between dusk, ultra, nest, lux and maybe premier while SRing rayquaza, because everyone has done dusk and nest already.

as i was typing this i got a 5iv naive Rayquaza, but damn defense IV is 8. .... ... :(((((

That sounds about right, but it really just depends on your preference. I caught mine in a net ball :P

Well I'm SRing one that will be spread accross the world by lots of people cloning it so I need a more general consencious on what ball it should be in.

I suppose nest matches the best. Since Mega Ray is banned from Ubers(still one of the silliest things I ever heard XD) I'd assume people would rather have something that matches it's legal use.
 
I've soft resetted Cresselia for 3 days now and this is my best one.

Should I keep it or go for a better one?

Sp.def is one of it's best stats, so it should at least be 28. It all just depends how much you can even.

I have a Modest Dive Ball HP Ice Thundurus. I can nickname it, but it's RNGed from gen 5
