Hatching location for Feebas/Milotic in ORAS? Are the Contest Halls a hatching location? I'd try this myself but I'm on Crescent Isle right now, don't want to leave.

Contest Halls are not a hatch location. This is proven with Cosplay Pikachu.

I'm looking for anyone that would be willing to help me complete the National Dex, preferably in parts. I'd like to be able to do Gen 1 with one person, Gen 2 with another, and so on. I'm trying to get the shiny and oval charms, so if anyone would be willing to help out with a generation, it would be greatly appreciated.
I thought those I listed were released? I'm pretty sure I've seen HA gen3-4 starters around and I've definitely seen non-HA Tepigs... but if I made a mistake I apologize. Is there a list of unreleased things I can look at?

I'd personally keep, but the def may be a tad bit low if you plan on trading it.
Anyway, bit of a WiFi ethics question, but if I back up my AS save before SRing for Thundurus, is it considered ok to reload the save afterwards to SR for another Thundurus w/ a different nature?
