Not sure about uploading directly from your computer, but you can upload it to somewhere else like Photobucket and use the image tab to insert the URL. (Just in case that's not clear or you need to know something else, feel free to PM/VM me.)

to adhere to your example, since it is meant to be a wall... might as well disregard the sp.atk IV of 31 then.
it is actually a huge plus for a waller to be faster than the opposing pokemon than to pack a slightly powerful punch.

Couldn't you just catch a female slowpoke in a moon ball, transfer it onto ORAS or XY, breed with male w/ regenerator and have the offspring in a moon ball with regenerator?

EDIT: used "with" way too many times in that sentence..

No because males cannot pass HA unless breeding with a ditto.
