Best three attacks on Dragonite? I'm toying with a Weakness Policy/Agility set. I was thinking Dragon Claw/Fire Blast/Extremespeed, but unsure if anything else would be more fitting.

Weakness policy is generally sub optimal, and Agility is pretty bad when you have dragon dance that it can use :x
The best set atm is Banded with Outrage / Extremespeed, and the last 2 slots choose from Ice Punch / Thunder Punch / Superpower / EQ / Fire Punch

I understand that (I run CB Dragonite already), just looking to be a special snowflake and try something new out. If you had to choose three attacks for maximum coverage, which ones would you pick?

Appreciate the input either way!

I guess I'd go with Outrage / Extremespeed (both of which are necessary) and superpower.
WP generally isnt great bc you have to rely on a super effective attack to hit you.

Does Dragonite have the speed to really work a Choice Band set beyond Extremespeed, though?
Also, Re: unreleased moves, that means released in Japan at least, right? So we can expect Head Smash Tyrantrum to start showing up?

We're getting Tyrunt in Europe and USA anyway. Regardless, if it's released in any form, if it's legal in any way, we take it into account on the simulator.
Also Dragonite has the sheer bulk with multiscale to use a CB set; and even then it works for wallbreaking. Dat banded 134 attack :U

The thing is, it won't/doesn't currently use Imprison. The reasoning for this is simple. Mons that use Recover AKA Psychic types don't usually stay in on Mega Sableye, in fear of Dark/Ghost Stab and Magic Bounce...
It's obviously non-existant, but it's one of those "if there's no reason not to, might as well" kind of things. On-cart it'll make a difference in availablity/convenience maybe, but it's the same reason people breed Egg Moves onto mons that'll probably never use them: might as well have the option.

They weren't used, just like nothing about Tyrantrum was used in OU. Nothing about it makes it viable, and I doubt recoil-less head smash is enough to make up for that.
My long post was in the Metagame discussion, but short version: Mega T-Tar is ranked, and Tyrantrum can essentially do his job without the Mega Slot and a bit more power, so I'd say he has reason to be ranked. Head Smash's obscene power also means coverage isn't needed quite as sorely, so the Strong Jaw drop isn't as monumental a loss as it seems.

Where can I find a full up-to-date list of all the OU Bans and Clauses? A friend wants to know and I can't remember them all off the top of my head

Wait, Soul Dew isn't banned? I only recently came back. Did I miss something?

Could I feasibly swap Psychic out for Sludge Wave on CM Landorus-I, or would I miss out on too many crucial KOs? It'd look something like...

Landorus @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Earth Power
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast

Unfamiliar with the set as I've not actually tried it, but I'm keen to do so as I've been shafted by it a couple of times recently.

I believe in the Ubers is Now a Tier thread, someone had brought this up, and chaos said we'd have to ban about 50 more things from OU before we start using usage stats off of Ubers. He didn't give a concrete reason, but I believe part of it is just the fact that the tier itself has fewer viable mons than a lot of the other tiers, especially if you factor in the fact that there are about 7-10 Arceus forms that are considered garbage in Ubers. When you take usage into account, I don't think a lot of stuff used in Ubers would make the usage cut, so we'd likely end up with something very similar to a fresh XY OU meta (i.e. with a lot of the suspected megas) along with stuff that's not used often in Ubers that would wreck outside of it like Kyurem-W.
So basically an overhaul of the system turning out like this would create a really unbalanced, somewhat nonsensical metagame? The perfectionist in me cringes, but the realist in me understands XD

Without Psychic, you would need to set up to +2 to ohko things like keldeo, and m-venusaur, among a few others. Also, gengar completely walls it, with the only move hitting it is sludge wave, which is 4x resisted. Landot does a good job of walling it too. The only pokemon sludge wave hits to make it worth using over psychic are clefable and sylveon, which can be dealt with fairly easily with team support. I advise using psychic over sludge wave on this set.
