Small Preview Of The Cancer To Come.
(repeats under sets as my summary of the pokemon)
tiny tran.png
- Now not my first addition to the team, its an important one, its a Sp.def Tran with an Air Balloon, its main purpose is a stealth rocker, but the secondary purpose is more of a M-Sableye counter. Carrying Lava Plume for that "Scald-Like" burn chance. The third main reason i picked it is because it wards off Ferrothorn as a lead and Lando-T which basically Cripples Heatran. Heatran is nice for countering some large threats in OU, special ones to be exact, Mega Gardevoir, which barely cripples my team is countered by my specially defensive heatran.
tiny tran.png
tiny Gothi.png
- The actual first addition to my team was Gothitelle, the Gothitelle im using is the Shadow Tag (duh) Bulky Choice Specs Set, its mostly for tricking the Choice Specs on to the opponent and of course trapping them, then slowly widdling down their HP. Gothitelle isnt always used for Choice Specs tricking, it can also be used in my experience with it, it can be used as a bulky revenge killer. Gothitelle also hits HARD with the choice specs, taking care for most spdef lures like Gliscor and Others, and covering my bug weakness with Hidden Power Fire
tiny tran.png
tiny Gothi.png
Mega-Gyarados_icon.png
- Now comes the Mega AND the finish to the core, Mega Gyarados' spot on my team is simple, 1. Set Up, 2. Sweep, its that simple, but with the new typing, it doesnt exactly take some hits for granted, although im running Substitute, thats so i can set up on M-sableye as soon as it Mega Evolves. Now using substitute over Earthquake does leave a hole in my team, I.E. the heatran weakness, but it does improve my gyarados alot, it gets a small amount of protection from substitute, meaning it can get maybe 1 or 2 dragon dances up for extra power.

Azumarill_icon.png
- The fourth addition, second choice user, and second answer to my large bug weakness, the variation of Azumarill i am using is the choice band Variant, i made my azumarill more on the bulky side, with still with a good speed investment, the reason i picked CB Azumarill was because i needed a physical attacker without the need setup involved, Azumarill is a GREAT addition to my team only because the rest of my team has a large bug/fire weakness, taking down 4/6 of my team. Azumarill also takes care of Mega-Charizard-Y which uses the sun take out my azumarill, gyarados, and amoonguss using the sun. My Banded Azumarill also can 1-hit-ko Heatran if i believe.

- The fifth team addition and third Bug weakness, the main reason i picked latios was as an offensive Defogger, I'm running a mixed Life Orb set, the main reason for this is because Heatran, from what I've seen, walls my team, which is why I'm carrying Earthquake. even though my team is barely weak to any hazards, defog is still good just incase of low health in the later games.

- The second wall, and 4th bug weakness is Amoonguss, the main purpose of 1-UP Mushroom Amoonguss is to be a physical wall, it takes cares of my tiny fighting weakness of Heatran and Gyarados-M. the reason i have clear smog is to take care of calm mind Clefable, and Cosmic Power Clefable, taking away its defensive stats.

Main Weaknesses:

If Azumarill and Heatran are gone, Volcarona ass-rapes my team, with my huge bug weakness it just flys past my team like its 6 magikarps

Heatran walls my team if i have no reliable water type left or latios has fainted, just stares at me and laughs.

Bisharp sweeps ny team without Amoonguss to flip bisharp off
(these are my main weaknesses for now, but if anyone finds any, lemme know)

LO variation shits on my team, beating a good amount of my team depending on the move set, if it carrys surf and t-bolt, it rapes my team inside and out

Ah! Much better!

Okay, so first of all, you have Stealth Rock twice on Heatran...? I recommend replacing one of those with Protect or Roar.
This may sound... Odd... But on Latios I would run 20 EVs in Attack to fire off EQs a bit more efficiently. This has worked out for me and has gotten me higher up onthe ladder, and you should probably run Naive since all the Priority moves are physical. (The only exception being Vacuum Wave.)
A cool thing to do is use the Hide function. To do this, you put [ HIDE="Title"] then [ /HIDE] at the end. (Don't worry, you don't have to do caps either, and no spaces.)
It will turn out like this, so I will use your teambuilding as an example.

hi i found a few pokemon that you are weak to:

mega scizor (sd 3 atks)
sand rush excadrill (after your air ballon pops)
sd garchomp
bisharp
sd gallade
landorus-t
mega metagross

solution:
1. drop azumarill for defencive landorus-i
2. give your heatran 240 speed sv (to outspeed 3atks mega scizor)
3. change EQ to hp fighting on latios

-1 252 Atk Tough Claws Mega Metagross Meteor Mash vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Landorus-T: 111-132 (29 - 34.5%) -- 99.9% chance recovery after Leftovers recovery

-1 252 Atk Excadrill Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Landorus-T: 70-84 (18.3 - 21.9%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery

-1 252 Atk Garchomp Outrage vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Landorus-T: 102-121 (26.7 - 31.6%) -- 34.6% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

-1 252 Atk Mega Gallade Zen Headbutt vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Landorus-T: 82-97 (21.4 - 25.3%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery

-1 252 Atk Landorus-T Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Landorus-T: 62-73 (16.2 - 19.1%) -- possible 8HKO after Leftovers recovery

2.

0 SpA Heatran Lava Plume vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mega Scizor: 432-508 (153.7 - 180.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

3.

252 SpA Life Orb Latios Hidden Power Fighting vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Bisharp: 458-541 (168.3 - 198.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

236 SpA Life Orb Latios Hidden Power Fighting vs. 248 HP / 220+ SpD Heatran: 120-143 (31.1 - 37.1%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Leftovers recovery
20 Atk Life Orb Latios Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 333-395 (86.4 - 102.5%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO
see the difference?
20 Atk Life Orb Latios Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Excadrill: 265-312 (73.4 - 86.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
236 SpA Life Orb Latios Hidden Power Fighting vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Excadrill: 239-283 (66.2 - 78.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
see it again?
i can understand it for bisharp, but most of the time, my azumarill will be able to use superpower.
236 SpA Life Orb Latios Hidden Power Fighting vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Bisharp: 452-536 (166.1 - 197%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Huge Power Azumarill Superpower vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Bisharp: 952-1124 (350 - 413.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
now for SD Garchomp, Azumarill takes care of that also.
252+ Atk Choice Band Huge Power Azumarill Play Rough vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Garchomp: 560-660 (156.4 - 184.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252 Atk Garchomp Earthquake vs. 124 HP / 0 Def Azumarill: 393-463 (105.6 - 124.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252 Atk Garchomp Stone Edge vs. 124 HP / 0 Def Azumarill: 262-309 (70.4 - 83%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

you know counter is sth that can switch in not just ohko. imagine opposing garchomp is on the field vs your gothitellle locked into hp fire. what do you do? switch out to azumarill? garchomp sets up a swords dance on. now what do you do?

btw hp fighting on latios is only for heatran. i get that you dont want to get walled by it, its annoying i agree but not loosing to common ou mons its much more important in my oppinion

(btw im using the old calc, yet i changed the base stats of normal metagross to fit)
8 SpA Heatran Lava Plume vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Metagross: 204-240 (67.5 - 79.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Tough Claws Metagross Meteor Mash vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 51-60 (13.2 - 15.5%) -- possibly the worst move ever
252 Atk Tough Claws Metagross Ice Punch vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 28-33 (7.2 - 8.5%) -- possibly the worst move ever
252 Atk Metagross Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 452-532 (117.4 - 138.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Tough Claws Metagross Zen Headbutt vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 89-105 (23.1 - 27.2%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk burned Metagross Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 226-266 (58.7 - 69%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
