Is there a "breeding for dumbies" thread I could post in, or should I use "Look what I bred #?" It has to do with some SD/TP Chimchars I've been hatching.

The second one, Impish #207 Gligar: 31 / 31 / 31 / 14 / 5 / 30 Got the key defence and HP stats at max with the best nature. The 30 in Speed is nice and the Attack is useful depending if you got for Baton Pass or Earthquake/Stone Edge.

The Special stats and Hidden Power stuff on the first one isn't useful on Gliscor as it's a physical wall for the most part. The max HP of the second on trumps the 24 on the first set's Special stats.

@River:

Gligar #1 and Gligar #4 are the best. With Gliscor's massive Defense a few missing points will only make the tiniest of differences, percent-wise. Special Defense is where it really needs the points, since it's not so hot; give it all you can so it can take the occasional special hit.

Bold #488 Cresselia: 31 / 8 - 9 / 8 - 9 / 14 - 15 / 28 - 29 / 24 - 25

acceptable? again please be quick,i need to know for resetting or nt

ok, how do status effects effect speed specifically
What are the number boosts for the choice items?
And what do UU BL and OU stand for? I know what they mean sorta just want the abrivations.

Paralysis cuts Speed by 1/4.

Choice Items = 1.5
UU = Underused
BL = Borderline
OU = Overused
Uber = Hitler Speak
NU = Neverused

The only status effect that affects Speed is Paralysis, which quarters it. Choice items boost their specific stats by 50%.
UU=Underused
BL=Borderline
OU=Overused

Weezing would probably be the closest Pokemon there is to countering both Weavile and Heracross. Ideally, it has max HP and a lot of Defense (Bold nature), and Flamethrower on its moveset. Other moves you might consider on the other slots are Thunderbolt to handle Gyarados, Will-o-Wisp for physical stuff in general, Haze to destroy setups, and Pain Split for HP gain.

Is there any place to find Tentacool bigger than the level 30 ones at Route 222? Just looking for a quick Egg Move breeder.

Edit: Nevermind, found a big Octillery that had the move I needed.

If both players are switching out and Player 1 switches in a Dugtrio or Wobb (or Magnezone/Probo for Steels), can Player 2 still switch out?
