Grammar-Prose Team Queue: Here We Go Again

idk if the OP forgot to post in this thread or if it was accidentally ignored, but that analyses has been sitting in UU QC for two weeks without GP checks.

So I'm sorry for posting something like this in the GP queue cause I already posted this a few days back, but sandshrewz informed me that nobody can see user tags if they're put in a hide tag -_- So I just wanted to repost this here :/ sorry if you've seen this before or if it's intrusive or anything I hope this isn't out of line ://



This post is pretty meaningful to me. Why? Well, over just about two and a half years, I've been a part of the GP team here on smogon, and it's been really a great experience. I love making contributions to this site and I love the people I get to work with in GP and C&C. So, what makes this special? I've gone back and counted my posts in every forum that has uploaded analyses. Pretty much any post I make in these sort of threads is a grammar check...but what does that all mean? Well, this is my 1,000th grammar check for smogon analyses! And that's not even counting The Smog, The Player, The Competitor or anything else!!

I'm normally not somebody that really believes in Xk posts or whatever because I don't really view random posts on this site as meaning much, to me at least. But I've always been very grateful of the work that I've been able to put in through GP for Smogon, and as sappy as it might seem I'm quite sentimental about all my GP checks I've made over two and a half years so far. My time on Smogon has been absolutely great, and it's let me meet a TON of awesome people that I'm glad to call my friends :)

Jellicent Probably the one user I respect the absolute most. You took me, an eager, pretty terrible user, and shaped me with your guidance and great attitude into who I am today :) To think that I hadn't even used IRC before you told me to meet up with you! Regardless, you've been a fantastic leader and user and friend ^_^

Redew oh man what a ride it's been knowing you. Can you even imagine us as newer users? Getting salty at each other over grammar checks, man what the hell is that all about. But WE'RE HERE TO GRAMMAR. Even though you changed your focus on smogon, you've always been here through the years. Over 2 hiatuses and everything in between, smh redew you're just that great of a guy. Dancing bear :))

sandshrewz SANDZ! Patamon, 我的朋友, you've always been a great, friendly user to me as well as a great friend. It doesn't matter that we're halfway around the world from each other, I will DESTROY you in tf2!
Shame That What can I say, whether it was just sheer luck or a great push in the right direction, but you've done pretty much more for me than anybody else I can name. Still the first VM on my wall LOL, and it's definitely been the most influential one over :)))

Lastly I want to thank each and every one of you all in the GP team. All you guys are the reason that I stick around on this site, and I love working with all of you. It's been an awesome few years working with all of you, and I don't plan on quitting anytime soon :) So let's get to work!
