How many evs do the berries reduce by? I thought it was 10 but i used one on a pkemon and it seemed to reduce a whole lot more, i was hoping to slightly alter the 255 i put in speed and special attack, but after one berry the sp. attack had dropped by 42 points.

If you have more than 100 EVs in that stat, the berry will reduce it to 100 (101-255 reduced to 100). 100 is reduced to 90, 90 to 80, etc., 10 to 0.

I got them just by playing, so they can't be hard to find. It says that they lower the base of one stat in the description, so that shouldn't be hard either.

HP-Pomeg
Attack-Kelpsy
Defence-Qualot
Sp. Att- Hondew
Sp.Def-Grepa
Speed-Tamato

I have quite a few of each, thought it was 10 evs per berry so i grew hundreds pm me if you want some

Pomeg Berry
A Poffin ingredient. Using it on a Pokémon makes it more friendly, but it also lowers its base HP.

Kelpsy Berry
A Poffin ingredient. Using it on a Pokémon makes it more friendly, but it also lowers its base Attack stat.

Qualot Berry
A Poffin ingredient. Using it on a Pokémon makes it more friendly, but it also lowers its base Defense stat.

Hondew Berry
A Poffin ingredient. Using it on a Pokémon makes it more friendly, but it also lowers its base Sp.Atk stat.

Grepa Berry

A Poffin ingredient. Using it on a Pokémon makes it more friendly, but it also lowers its base Sp.Def stat.

Tamato Berry

A Poffin ingredient. Using it on a Pokémon makes it more friendly, but it also lowers its base Speed stat.

The only way to get these berries to start with is to receive them from the berry master (and similar people) you then have to carefully cultivate them (or clone them) to get more.

Which is a Better Moveset for an adamant no guard Machamp?

D-Punch, Ice Punch, T-Punch, EQ

OR

D-Punch, Ice Punch, T-Punch, Bullet Punch

EQ gives more coverage, bullet punch is for focus sash'ers

So, which one?

I am attempting to train a Swift Swim Omastar and would like some advice on how many Speed EVs to give it. Its Analysis has the standard 6/252/252 spread but with other Swift Swim or on Cholophyll Pokemon different spreads are suggested. "This one will only need 180 Speed to outspeed X in the Sun/Rain."

Should I stick with the 252 number, or go with a 180ish number and invest the rest into HP?

Note that not all Swift Swim/Chlorophyll Pokemon have the same Speed. 180 EVs only gives Omastar 191 Speed, which Weavile and the base 130s beat. For Omastar in Standards, the minimum is 202, which beats Choice Scarf Heracross in the rain.

Okay, thanks. I'm going to be using it in Battle Revolution where people tend to sometimes not train at all, so being a minimalist in certain areas can be helpful.

I'm still trying to figure out how I managed to get my Cherrim to out speed nearly everything if my Choice Scarf Primeape isn't also out.

Nope, breloom is the best out there. The only other pokemon that learns those moves is parasect, but breloom is superior.

I say smeargle is superior

because he can mean look and ingrain aswell (with spore and false swipe)
for running pokémon (I used ingrain if one of the running pokémon knows roar that I can' be roar'd)

with mean look and ingrain you can't get away, with False swipe you can't kill it
and with spore it sleeps :P

I like it :P

I have a few Ditto questions.

When Ditto uses Transform, it copies EVERYTHING about the foe, correct? Does this include exact stats?

Because I've been toying with an idea like this... Trap and pass an opponent's tank like pokemon to Ditto, along with a sub. Ditto transforms into the tank, but is holding Metal Powder, which bolsters Ditto's new defense quite a bit.

Would it work? I'm not asking your opinion on how effective it would be. I want to know if it is actually possible.

Does Metal Powder double Ditto's defense after it has transformed?

Metal Powder and Quick Powder's effects don't work after Ditto has Transformed, unfortunately. But Transform does copy everything, down to the last stat point.

I downloaded Shoddy Battle but accidentally deleted the desktop shortcut. Now when I tried to download Shoddy again, it doesn't give me the icon.

Is there a way for me to start up Shoddy Battle without going through the downloading?
Thanks in advance.
