Can anyone help me out by answering this:

Basically, I'm really confused as to what the breeding mechanics for Nidoran Male & Female are, in terms of passing down balls. So Female Nidoran + Ditto passes down F-Nidoran's ball yes? but what about Male Nido??? Can F-Nidoran & M-Nidoran breed with each other?

I do believe the odds are 1/31 because it is guaranteed that it has 3 perfect IVs.

Yep. Nido F counts as a female. They are in the same egg group aren't they?

Recently i bred a (f) nidoran with a ditto and the product were (f) and (m) HA nidorans, then i tried switching the offspring so i puut in the daycare both nidorans and the result were the same so i can say it´s pretty much the same mechanics, but remember the (f) will always pass down the ball.

Alright sweet!! Not sure why but I was for some reason convinced that Nidoran male & female wouldn't breed with each other and that females only gave birth to females... Weird... Anyway thanks ^^

The issue is with Nidoqueen/Nidorina, as neither of them can successfully breed regardless of the parent. Nidoran (M&F), Nidorino, and Nidoking are all eligible to breed.

Since you have 3 non-guaranteed flawless IVs, all of which have a 1/32 chance of being flawless, I believe the probability is 1/32 + 1/32 + 1/32, or 3/32 = 9.375%. In other words, roughly 1 in 10 legends will have four 31 IVs. If you want those 31s in certain stats, that's when the math gets trickier.

Film major here trying to remember his probability from high school, please correct me if I screwed up.

Psh, as a film major you still need probability. The probability of getting an actor that is level-headed on the set and not a jerk under stress is 1 in a million.

Hey! Was wondering which balls match the eeveelutions best? I was Lux for Umbreon, Net for glaceon, premier for Sylveon, Quick for Jolteon (not too sure on this though...), dive/ net for vaporeon, and dream (?) for espeon? Any opinions? :)

Just to be that mean guy who says not quite (sorry).

Each random IV has 1/32 chance of being 31.
If you want exactly one of them as 31, there is a (1/32)*(31/32)^2 chance of that happening.
There are (3 choose 1) = 3 different choices for which IV to be the one at 31.

Summing over these (exactly two at 31, exactly 3), you get:

p(4IVs or more) =   (3 choose 1) * (1/32)   * (31/32)^2
                  + (3 choose 2) * (1/32)^2 * (31/32)
                  + (3 choose 3) * (1/32)^3
                = 2977 / 32768
                ≈ .09085083

(For reference: 3/32 ≈ .09375... So it's not a big difference, just a little less likely.)

useful/desired natures for Celebi? I'm trying to finish the wondercards on my 4th gen carts before trying to inject the ones that I missed (I want my TRU Deoxys). I want Calm and Bold (only got 2 wondercards) but have come across Brave, Seriousx2, Quiet, Naive, Timid. Sigh

Timid also has its uses for SubPass Celebi, wanting to go fast to outpace pursuit trappers and/or pass an intact Sub, so that Timid nature is worth considering.

I'd say of what you have available, Calm and Timid are the Celebi natures I've seen the most.
 
So I'm currently saved on a 31/x/31/31/31/31 Bold Togepi egg and I'm interested in SV hatching it. How would I go with this? I would need to find the ESV of this Togepi, and find someone who has a TSV that matches it, correct? If so, how would I find the ESV of my Togepi egg?
