Annoying Breeding Moments

Alright, I thought I'd bring up this discussion because of an incident that just happened to me. Sometimes it takes a lot of steps to receive your egg from the breeding man, well this time it took 3,500 steps to receive my next egg. By that time, the egg hatched, and no it wasn't a keeper. Well I discard it, get my next egg, and it friggin takes ANOTHER 3,500 steps. Yea its frustrating when you only hatch 2 eggs in the amount you could have hatched 5 and got well into another 5. So share more frustrating breeding moments.

Definitely. What's even worse though is when this happens, but when your pokemon seem to get along. How does that happen!? Freakin' old man, I swear that guy holds out on me sometimes.
 
Yeah a lot of stuff happens to me like that! Once I forgot to put my Magcargo in my party and kept hatching without it. I was so annoyed at how long it took - also, the old man says "they seem to get along very well" and it takes forever for the egg to come!! He LIES to meh!
 
I have a quad flawless Eevee i'm breeding with my female Nidoran, so yep Eevee is doing the humping, it looks so innocent :P

And yea, how many times have I gotten flawless in the wrong attack stat, and like 4 in the right one
 
I save before recieving each egg until I get a baby with the nature/ability I want, so then I can SR for IVs. The problem is, sometimes after I SR I forget to pick up the egg, so I ride up and down the trail until I realize I've been riding for way too long, then I look in my party and, awesome, no egg.
 
everstone passes on the trait of the female 50% of the time? yeah, for lucky people.

but in the 10 abras i hatched a few days ago, 0 of them were timid.

The only problem I never really had was everstone nature passing, it usually at least works 50%, usually more for me. Once in a blue moon 25%
 
oh, and in conjunction to the guy who forget to pick up eggs, i sometimes take 5 eggs with me at once, and i just keep biking up and down to hatch them. eventually i end up biking up and down for a longass time and nothing happens, so i check my party and i just spent the last 10 minutes biking for nothing cus all my eggs hatched already.

Sometimes for me, sometimes not. It's really annoying when I hatch like 20 eggs and 3 of them have the right nature (in my case it was Gibles).

Also, Gamefreak and their stupid gender ratios. Breeding for Lucarios is fun except when you're forced to Ditto breed because none of your goddam babies are female.
 
Ever tried to get them Pokemon with 12.5% female?

I cried with joy when the Cranidos came out of the egg with a sharpener instead of a pencil...

and once, i got a 28/31/31/4/29/31 Hasty Chansey :(
 
I get so continuously frustrated with the Pokemon's information spanning so many pages. Just when I thought I was almost done with my Omanyte (EVs trained, almost ready to evolve, slap on a TM, done), I realized the stupid thing had Shell Armor, not Swift Swim. >o<;;;
 
This was more strange than frustrating, but I was breeding a Male Heracross (X/31/X/X/X/X) with an Adamant Female Heracross (X/X/X/X/X/31) and I hatched a Male with these IVs: X/X/X/31/31/X. :D

I went on to breed that with my Illumise, and hatched a Volbeat with X/31/X/X/X/X.

what bothers me most is when breeding something, like eevee's perhaps, and I get everything just right and BAM!!! I mention eevee's cause of the retarded amount of time to hatch those buggers out.

A few IV's too low in the wrong place or a wrong nature or even ability. It's heartbreaking.
