Hi! I want to develop a web application that obtains the optimal defensive EV's spread for a given pokemon, it's still in really early stages and I was wondering if I could get help from anyone here, and if there was a case who should I talk to?

Visit the Rate My Team forum and click the Post a Thread button. Then post your team, all the while following the RMT rules.
 
I have had an issue with GIF images not loading when I attempt to upload one to my signature. Is there a specific file size limit, or what?

EDIT: Huh, I got it to work by using BBcode. Why does that work but not uploading an image from a link?

I want to get a badge. However I am not knowledgeable about the community or the metagame to do analyses or team rates. I am not creative enough to get an art badge, and am not trusted enough to earn the moderator badge. Outside of the Pre-Contributor, Contributor, Forum Moderator, Super Moderator, and Art badges, what is the easiest to get?

You do not need 25 post to post a thread lol. Where did i say this?

Check the badge faq for an idea of how each badge is obtained.
 
Xylen i believe he misunderstood this.
As for my question, can someone give me a list for the size of avatar a type of user can have(badgeless user, then badged user, so on)
